Abstract
Description
車両用熱マネジメントシステムは、
充放電に伴い発熱する車両走行用の電池(4)と、
電池から受けた熱を輸送する液状の熱輸送媒体(14)と、
電池との熱交換によって熱輸送媒体を受熱させる受熱部(16)と、
冷凍サイクルの冷媒との熱交換によって熱輸送媒体を放熱させる冷媒熱交換器(18)とを備え、
熱輸送媒体は、液状の基材と、基材に相溶するオルト珪酸エステルとを含み、かつ、イオン性防錆剤を含まない。
図1に示す車両用熱マネジメントシステム10は、電動車両に搭載される。以下では、車両用熱マネジメントシステム10は、単に、システム10と呼ばれる。電動車両は、走行用電動モータ2から車両走行用の駆動力を得る。電動車両としては、電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド自動車、電動2輪等が挙げられる。電動車両の車輪数や車両用途は限定されない。電動車両には、走行用電動モータ2と、電池4、インバータ6が搭載されている。
一般式(I)において、置換基R1〜R4は、同じ又は異なり、かつ、炭素数1〜20のアルキル置換基、炭素数2〜20のアルケニル置換基、炭素数1〜20のヒドロキシアルキル置換基、置換又は非置換の炭素数6〜12のアリール置換基及び/又は式−(CH2−CH2−O)n−R5のグリコールエーテル−置換基を表す。R5は、水素又は炭素数1〜5のアルキルを表す。nは、1〜5の数を表す。
この場合、図1に示すように、熱輸送媒体回路12では、流路切替部28は、熱輸送媒体14が流れる状態を第1状態とする。冷凍サイクルでは、冷媒切替部56は、膨張弁48から流出した冷媒52が冷媒熱交換器18のみを流れる状態とする。第1冷媒放熱器44とヒータコア60との間の温水66の循環が停止される。第2冷媒放熱器46へ車両の外部の空気47が供給される。
この場合、図2に示すように、熱輸送媒体回路12では、流路切替部28は、第2状態とする。冷凍サイクルの状態は、冷媒52のみを用いた電池4の冷却と同じである。
この場合、熱輸送媒体回路12の状態は、上記した電池4の第2冷却の説明と同じである。冷凍サイクルでは、図3に示すように、冷媒切替部56は、膨張弁48から流出した冷媒52が冷媒熱交換器18と冷媒吸熱器50との両方を流れる状態とする。第1冷媒放熱器44とヒータコア60との間を温水66が循環する状態とされる。第2冷媒放熱器46への車室外部の空気47の供給が停止される。
(1)熱輸送媒体回路12の構成部品である受熱部16、冷媒熱交換器18、空気熱交換器20、オイル熱交換器22、インバータ熱交換器24の接続の順番は、図1に示す順番に限られず、任意に変更が可能である。また、流路切替部28を介さずに、受熱部16、冷媒熱交換器18、空気熱交換器20、オイル熱交換器22、インバータ熱交換器24が環状に接続されていてもよい。
上記各実施形態の一部または全部で示された第1の観点によれば、車両用熱マネジメントシステムは、充放電に伴い発熱する車両走行用の電池と、電池から受けた熱を輸送する液状の熱輸送媒体と、電池との熱交換によって熱輸送媒体を受熱させる受熱部と、冷凍サイクルの冷媒との熱交換によって熱輸送媒体を放熱させる冷媒熱交換器とを備える。熱輸送媒体は、液状の基材と、基材に相溶するオルト珪酸エステルとを含み、かつ、イオン性防錆剤を含まない。

Claims (9)
- 車両に搭載される車両用熱マネジメントシステムであって、
充放電に伴い発熱する車両走行用の電池(4)と、
前記電池から受けた熱を輸送する液状の熱輸送媒体(14)と、
前記電池との熱交換によって前記熱輸送媒体を受熱させる受熱部(16)と、
冷凍サイクルの冷媒との熱交換によって前記熱輸送媒体を放熱させる冷媒熱交換器(18)とを備え、
前記熱輸送媒体は、液状の基材と、前記基材に相溶するオルト珪酸エステルとを含み、かつ、イオン性防錆剤を含まない、車両用熱マネジメントシステム。 - 前記車両の外部の空気(21)との熱交換によって前記熱輸送媒体を放熱させる空気熱交換器(20)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。
- モータジェネレータ(2)を冷却するオイル(36)との熱交換によって前記熱輸送媒体を受熱させるオイル熱交換器(22)をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。
- インバータ(6)との熱交換によって前記熱輸送媒体を受熱させるインバータ熱交換器(24)をさらに備える、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。
- 前記受熱部と前記冷媒熱交換器との少なくとも一方のうち前記熱輸送媒体と接触する部分は、アルミニウムを含む部材で構成されており、
前記基材は、水を含む、請求項1に記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。 - 前記空気熱交換器のうち前記熱輸送媒体と接触する部分は、アルミニウムを含む部材で構成されており、
前記基材は、水を含む、請求項2に記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。 - 前記オイル熱交換器のうち前記熱輸送媒体と接触する部分は、アルミニウムを含む部材で構成されており、
前記基材は、水を含む、請求項3に記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。 - 前記インバータ熱交換器のうち前記熱輸送媒体と接触する部分は、アルミニウムを含む部材で構成されており、
前記基材は、水を含む、請求項4に記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。 - 前記熱輸送媒体に発生するイオンを捕捉するイオン交換器(26)をさらに備える、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の車両用熱マネジメントシステム。
