- 測定対象の物質が吸収する波長のビーム光を被測定者の測定部位に照射する光出射部と、
前記ビーム光を照射した前記測定部位から発生する光音響信号を検出する検出部と、
前記測定部位を挟んで配置されて前記光音響信号を共鳴させる共鳴器と
を備え、
前記共鳴器は、
前記光出射部と前記測定部位との間に配置されて前記ビーム光を透過するとともに、前記音響信号を反射する第1反射面を有する第1反射部と、
前記検出部と前記測定部位との間に配置されて、前記光音響信号を反射する第2反射面を有する第2反射部と
を有することを特徴とする成分濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の成分濃度測定装置において、
前記第1反射面と前記第2反射面とは、互いに平行であることを特徴とする成分濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の成分濃度測定装置において、
前記第2反射部と前記測定部位との間の隙間を埋める音響整合部を備えることを特徴とする成分濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の成分濃度測定装置において、
前記第1反射面は、前記測定部位に面し、
前記第1反射部は、
前記光出射部の側に面し、前記光出射部の光出射端が接する第1接触面と、
前記第1反射面と前記第1接触面との間に形成された空隙と
を備えることを特徴とする成分濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の成分濃度測定装置において、
前記第2反射面は、前記測定部位に面し、
前記第2反射部は、
前記検出部の側に面し、前記検出部の前記測定部位に面する検出面が接する第2接触面と、
前記第2反射面と前記第2接触面との間に形成された空隙と
を備えることを特徴とする成分濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の成分濃度測定装置において、
前記光音響信号により前記物質の濃度を求める濃度算出部を備えることを特徴とする成分濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の成分濃度測定装置において、
前記物質はグルコースであり、
前記光出射部は、グルコースが吸収する波長の前記ビーム光を照射することを特徴とする成分濃度測定装置。
