Claims (8)
- 高段側圧縮機構および低段側圧縮機構を含む圧縮機構、第1膨張装置、熱源側熱交換器、を少なくとも有していて、冷媒が循環するヒートポンプ回路と、
利用側熱媒体が流れる利用側熱媒体回路と、
前記高段側圧縮機構から前記第1膨張装置へと流れる前記冷媒と、前記利用側熱媒体回路を流れる前記利用側熱媒体と熱交換する利用側熱交換器と、
前記低段側圧縮機構から吐出された前記冷媒と、前記利用側熱媒体回路を流れる前記利用側熱媒体と熱交換するインタークーラと
前記利用側熱交換器から前記第1膨張装置までの間で、前記ヒートポンプ回路を流れる前記冷媒から分流し、第2膨張装置により減圧された後に、前記インタークーラを流出後の前記冷媒と合流し、その合流した前記冷媒を、前記高段側圧縮機構に吸入させるインジェクション冷媒回路と、
制御装置と、
を備え、
前記利用側熱交換器と前記インタークーラとは、前記利用側熱媒体回路において直列に接続していることを特徴とするヒートポンプシステム。 - 搬送装置を有し、前記搬送装置が駆動すると、前記利用側熱媒体回路を流れる前記利用側熱媒体は、前記利用側熱交換器、前記インタークーラの順に流れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記利用側熱交換器における加熱能力Q1と、前記インタークーラにおける加熱能力Q2との関係が、Q1>Q2となるように、前記冷媒と前記利用側熱媒体は、前記利用側熱交換器と前記インタークーラとを、それぞれ流れることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記利用側熱交換器における加熱能力Q1と前記インタークーラにおける加熱能力Q2との合計に対するインタークーラの加熱能力の比が、15%〜25%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記利用側熱交換器の利用側熱媒体側流路断面積S1と、前記インタークーラの利用側熱媒体側流路断面積S2との関係が、S1<S2であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記利用側熱交換器と前記第1膨張装置との間を流れる高圧冷媒と、前記インジェクション冷媒回路の前記第2膨張装置により減圧された中圧冷媒とを熱交換する中間熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記利用側熱交換器と前記第1膨張装置の間を流れる高圧冷媒と、前記熱源側熱交換器と前記低段側圧縮機構との間を流れる低圧冷媒とを熱交換する、内部熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記冷媒として、二酸化炭素を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
