Claims (11)
- 保護アミノ部分を有する1つ以上の加水分解アミノ−アルコキシシラン、水、有機溶媒並びに硝酸、塩酸、トリフルオロ酢酸、クロロ酢酸、およびメタンスルホン酸から選択される酸性触媒を含む、組成物。
- ポリアリーレンオリゴマー、ポリ(環状オレフィン)オリゴマー、アリールシクロブテンオリゴマー、ビニル芳香族オリゴマー、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される1つ以上のオリゴマーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が金属不動態化剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記保護アミノ部分が、熱、酸、またはそれらの組み合わせで切断可能である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記加水分解アミノ−アルコキシシランが、加水分解アミノ−ポリ(アルコキシシラン)である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記加水分解アミノ−ポリ(アルコキシシラン)が、式
- 前記加水分解アミノ−アルコキシシランが、式
- 前記保護アミノ部分が、9−フルオレニルメチルカルバメート、t−ブチルカルバメート、ベンジルカルバメート、アセトアミド、トリフルオロアセトアミド、ベンジルアミン、トリチルアミン、ベンジリデンアミン、およびトシルアミドから選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 非保護アミノ部分を有する加水分解アミノ−アルコキシシランをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 電子装置を製造するためのプロセスであって、
コーティングされる表面を有する電子装置基板を提供することと、
請求項1に記載の組成物で前記コーティングされる表面を処理することと、
ポリアリーレンオリゴマー、ポリ(環状オレフィン)オリゴマー、アリールシクロブテンオリゴマー、ビニル芳香族オリゴマー、およびそれらの混合物から選択されるオリゴマーを含むコーティング組成物を、前記処理済表面上に堆積することと、
前記コーティング組成物を硬化することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 電子装置を製造するためのプロセスであって、
コーティングされる表面を有する電子装置基板を提供することと、
請求項2に記載の組成物で前記コーティングされる表面を処理することと、
前記オリゴマーを硬化することと、を含む、プロセス。
