Abstract
Description
以下、静止誘導機器としての単相の変圧器を構成する巻鉄心に適用した第1の実施形態について、図1から図4を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る静止誘導機器用鉄心としての変圧器用の巻鉄心1の全体構成を示している。この巻鉄心1は、図で上下方向に延びる2本の脚部2、2と、それら脚部2、2の上端部同士、下端部同士を左右につなぐ継鉄部3、3とを有した、コーナー部が丸みを帯びた矩形環状に構成されている。各脚部2、2には、夫々巻線4(想像線で示す)が装着される。尚、以下の説明で方向を言う場合には、図1の状態を正面図として説明する。
次に、第2の実施形態について、図5〜図7を参照して述べる。この第2の実施形態では、積鉄心に適用している。図5は、本実施形態に係る変圧器用の積鉄心11の全体構成を示している。この積鉄心11は、図で左右方向に延びる上部、下部の継鉄部12、12、上下方向に延びそれら継鉄部12、12間を上下に繋ぐ左右の脚部13、13、並びに中央脚部14を備えている。各脚部13、13、14には、夫々巻線(図示せず)が装着される。尚、以下の説明で方向を言う場合には、図5の状態を正面図として説明する。
図8は、第3の実施形態を示すものであり、巻鉄心31の接合部32部分の構成を示している。この巻鉄心31においても、電磁鋼板からなる帯板材33を、端部同士が突き合わされる接合部32を設けながら、内外周方向に複数枚巻き重ねて構成される。この第3の実施形態が上記第1の実施形態と異なる点は、磁区微細分化処理部34を、帯板材33の端部のうち、図で上下両面に、接合部32の両側に位置して設けた構成にある。
Claims (9)
- 電磁鋼板を複数枚積層して構成される静止誘導機器用の鉄心であって、
前記各電磁鋼板は、該電磁鋼板の端部同士が突き合わされる接合部を、ずらして配置しながら長柄積層されると共に、
前記各電磁鋼板の端部表面における他の電磁鋼板の接合部とのラップしている部分に位置して、歪みにより磁区微細分化がなされた磁区微細分化処理部が設けられている静止誘導機器用鉄心。 - 前記磁区微細分化処理部は、前記電磁鋼板の表面に対し、レーザ照射やプラズマ照射、焼き鏝による刻印により熱的ストレスを与えること、或いは、ギアやプレスにより機械的ストレスを与えることにより設けられる請求項1記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心。
- 前記磁区微細分化処理部は、前記電磁鋼板の表面に対し、交差する二方向に延びて複数本線状痕を形成することにより構成されている請求項1又は2記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心。
- 前記磁区微細分化処理部は、前記電磁鋼板の端部表面のうち少なくとも一方の面に、前記接合部の片側又は両側に位置して設けられている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心。
- 前記磁区微細分化処理部は、前記電磁鋼板の端部の表面のうち、重なり合う別の電磁鋼板に対し磁束が渡る範囲に設けられている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心。
- 前記磁区微細分化処理部は、前記電磁鋼板の圧延方向に対してほぼ直交する幅方向全体又は一部に位置して設けられている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心。
- 帯板状の電磁鋼板を、一巻きごとに少なくとも1箇所の接合部を設けながら複数枚巻き重ねて構成される巻鉄心である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心。
- 前記電磁鋼板を複数枚積層して継鉄部及び脚部を夫々形成し、それらを接合部で突き合せて構成される積鉄心である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の静止誘導機器用鉄心を備えている静止誘導機器。
