Abstract
Description
前記各雄端子が挿入された複数の挿入孔、及び前記各挿入孔に連通するとともに前記挿入孔と反対側に開口部を備えた複数の端子収容穴を有するハウジングと、
前記各開口部から前記各端子収容穴に挿入配置され、前記各雄端子に前記端子収容穴の軸方向に交差する方向に弾性力を作用させつつ接触する複数の雌端子と、
前記各雌端子に電気的に接続された複数の電線と、を備える、ハーネス部品にある。
ハーネス部品の実施形態につき、図1〜図7を用いて説明する。
本実施形態のハーネス部品1は、図1〜図3に示すごとく、複数の雄端子2とハウジング3と複数の雌端子4と複数の電線5とを備える。
以後、本実施形態につき詳説する。
前記態様のハーネス部品1において、ハウジング3の各挿入孔31に雄端子2が挿入されており、かつ、当該ハウジング3に形成された複数の端子収容穴32のそれぞれに雌端子4が挿入されている。それゆえ、ハウジング3の数が増加することを防ぐことができ、部品点数の削減や小型化を図りやすい。

Claims (5)
- 回路基板に接続される複数の雄端子と、
前記各雄端子が挿入された複数の挿入孔、及び前記各挿入孔に連通するとともに前記挿入孔と反対側に開口部を備えた複数の端子収容穴を有するハウジングと、
前記各開口部から前記各端子収容穴に挿入配置され、前記各雄端子に前記端子収容穴の軸方向に交差する方向に弾性力を作用させつつ接触する複数の雌端子と、
前記各雌端子に電気的に接続された複数の電線と、を備える、ハーネス部品。 - 前記雄端子は、前記ハウジングの前記挿入孔に、前記端子収容穴における前記開口部が形成された側と反対側から圧入されており、前記雌端子は、前記ハウジングの前記開口部から前記端子収容穴に挿入されている、請求項1に記載のハーネス部品。
- 前記挿入孔から前記開口部側の反対側に突出した前記雄端子の外側端子部は、前記軸方向に交差する方向に屈曲されるとともに前記回路基板の厚み方向に伸縮可能なクランク部を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のハーネス部品。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記回路基板に係合するハウジング係合部を一体に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のハーネス部品。
- 前記ハウジングには、リテーナが係止されており、前記リテーナは、前記ハウジングに対する前記リテーナの位置が仮係止位置にあるとき、前記ハウジングの前記端子収容穴に対する前記雌端子の脱着を許容し、前記ハウジングに対する前記リテーナの位置が本係止位置にあるとき、前記端子収容穴に挿入された前記雌端子の抜け止めをする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のハーネス部品。
