Abstract
Description
下記表1のような物性を有する第1多孔性材料と第2多孔性材料を準備した。
−硬度:JIS K6400−2:2012
D法(25%定圧縮して、20秒後の力を求める方法)で求めた。
−引張強さ、伸び:JIS K6400−5:2012
−密度:JIS K7222
−平均気孔サイズ:後述する乾式法開孔径試験(乾式AOS法)により求めた。この際は、試験片について、厚さのみ変更して5mmとした。
前記製造されたタイヤについて、騒音、シーリング効果、高速耐久試験及び付着耐久試験を行い、その結果を下記表3及び図3に示した。前記図3において比較例は、前記比較例2を示す。
幅:220mm シーリング層2の厚さ:5mm 吸音材層3の厚さ:35mm
・吸音材層3の材料(第1多孔性材料、及び、第2多孔性材料)
特許文献1(日本特許5475727)の実施例2に準拠して、表1に示すとおりの物性及び平均気孔サイズが得られるようにした。すなわち、数平均分子量3000(水酸基換算)のポリプロピレングリコール90重量%と、ポリカプロラクトンジオール10重量%とからなるポリオールと、ジイソシアネートとしてのMDIと、架橋剤としてグリセリンとを用い、これらの配合比率を適宜に調整した。
ゴム成分:イソプレンが2.3モル%であるブチルゴム(ARLANXEOのRegular X_Butyl(登録商標) RB402)100重量部
液状粘着性ポリマー:重量平均分子量が4200であるポリイソブチレン(TRiiSOのBraskem PIB 240)400重量部
充填剤:カーボンブラック(N339)40重量部
硫黄系加硫剤:Miwon Commercial Co., Ltd.の硫黄製品MIDAS SP325
4Lバンバリーミキサーを用いて、硫黄系加硫剤以外の原料の全量を5分間、150℃にて混練り(ベース練り)した。次に、硫黄系加硫剤を加えてから、混練りしつつ3分間で170℃にまで昇温し、さらに、この温度で10分間放置してから取り出した。

Claims (5)
- タイヤの内側面に取り付けられた吸音材層と、
前記タイヤの内側面と前記吸音材層との間に配置され、前記吸音材層を前記タイヤの内側面に付着させるシーラント(sealant)を有するシーラント層とを含み、
前記吸音材層は、平均気孔サイズが1,200μm〜2,400μmである第1多孔性材料を含むものであるタイヤ。 - 前記吸音材層は、前記第1多孔性材料の上に積層された第2多孔性材料をさらに含み、
前記第1多孔性材料の片方の面は、前記シーラント層によって前記タイヤの内側面に取り付けられ、前記第1多孔性材料のもう片方の面に前記第2多孔性材料が積層されるものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記第2多孔性材料は、平均気孔サイズが100μm〜1,200μmである、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1多孔性材料は、密度が25kg/m3〜40kg/m3であり、硬度が10kgf〜20kgfであり、引張強度が0.8kgf/cm2以上であり、伸長率が70%以上であり、
前記第2多孔性材料は、密度が20kg/m3〜40kg/m3であり、硬度が10kgf〜20kgfであり、引張強度が0.8kgf/cm2以上であり、伸長率が70%以上であるものである、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記吸音材層の厚さは20mm〜60mmであり、
前記第1多孔性材料の厚さは、前記吸音材層全体の厚さの30長さ%〜90長さ%であるものである、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
