Abstract
Description
これによって、インバータのパッケージの縮小が困難であり、印刷回路基板10上の空間が制限され、印刷回路基板10上に実装される表面実装部品(SMD;Surface Mounted Device)が配置される構成が自由でないという問題点があった。
本発明がなそうとする技術的課題は、以上に述べた技術的課題に制限されず、言及していない他の技術的課題は、以下の記載から本発明の属する技術分野における通常の知識を有する者に明確に理解されるであろう。
本発明の第4実施例によるインバータは、上記で説明した第1実施例によるインバータの構成をすべて含むが、リブ460をさらに含む。以下、相違する部分についてのみ重点的に説明する。
本発明の第5実施例によるインバータは、大きく、インバータハウジング100と、インバータハウジング100に結合される印刷回路基板(PCB)200と、収納素子300が装着される機構部2400とを含む。この時、機構部2400は、インバータハウジング100と印刷回路基板200との間に備えられるが、離隔手段によって印刷回路基板200と機構部2400との間には空間部Sが形成される。

Claims (15)
- インバータハウジングと、
前記インバータハウジングに結合される印刷回路基板(PCB)と、
前記インバータハウジングと前記印刷回路基板との間に備えられ、収納素子が装着される機構部と、
前記印刷回路基板と前記機構部との間に空間部を形成する離隔手段とを含む、ことを特徴とする電動式圧縮機。 - 前記離隔手段は、前記機構部と前記印刷回路基板とが離隔した状態に維持できるように、前記機構部において前記印刷回路基板に向かって突出延長される1つ以上のリブ(rib)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記リブの少なくとも1つは、前記収納素子のリード(Lead)が挿入されるリード挿入部である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記収納素子のリードは、前記リード挿入部を介して前記印刷回路基板にソルダリング(soldering)される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記リード挿入部は、前記機構部に装着される収納素子のリードの位置に対応する位置に備えられる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記機構部は、前記インバータハウジングに結合される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記機構部と前記インバータハウジングとの接触面には、シリコーンが塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記機構部は、前記印刷回路基板に結合される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記収納素子の一部は、前記機構部から前記インバータハウジング側に突出して前記インバータハウジングに接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 締結手段は、前記印刷回路基板を貫通して前記インバータハウジングに固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記リブの少なくとも1つには、前記印刷回路基板から締結手段が貫通挿入される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記収納素子は、受動素子(passive element)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記収納素子は、キャパシタ(capacitor)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記印刷回路基板と前記機構部との間の空間部には、前記印刷回路基板上に表面実装部品(SMD)が配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。
- 前記空間部における前記印刷回路基板と前記機構部との間の距離(h1)は、前記印刷回路基板から突出する前記表面実装部品の最大高さ(h2)より大きく形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電動式圧縮機。
