Claims (7)
- 可変容量型の油圧ポンプと、
作業機アクチュエータと油圧モータとを含み、前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油によって駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、
前記作業機アクチュエータに接続された作業機と、
前記油圧モータに接続されたファンと、
前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧アクチュエータに供給される作動油の流量を制御する制御弁と、
前記油圧ポンプの吐出容量を制御するレギュレータと、
前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧と前記油圧アクチュエータの負荷圧との差圧に応じて前記レギュレータを制御することで、前記差圧をセット圧に保持するロードセンシング弁と、
前記セット圧を制御するセット圧制御装置と、
前記作業機が操作されていないことを含む所定の判定条件が満たされているときには、前記作業機が操作されているときよりも前記セット圧を低減するように前記セット圧制御装置を制御するコントローラと、
を備える作業機械。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記作業機が操作されているときには、前記セット圧を所定の第1圧力に設定するよう前記セット圧制御装置を制御し、
前記所定の判定条件が満たされているときには、前記セット圧を前記第1圧力よりも小さい第2圧力に設定するよう前記セット圧制御装置を制御する、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 前記作業機械を走行させる走行装置をさらに備え、
前記所定の判定条件は、前記走行装置が後進状態であることをさらに含む、
請求項1又は2に記載の作業機械。 - 前進位置と後進位置と中立位置とに操作可能であり、前記走行装置を操作するための走行操作部材をさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、前記走行操作部材が後進位置に位置しているときに、前記走行装置が後進状態であると判定する、
請求項3に記載の作業機械。 - 前記作業機を操作するための作業機操作部材をさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、前記作業機操作部材の操作量に基づいて、前記作業機が操作されているか否かを判定する、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の作業機械。 - 前記制御弁は、前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧モータに供給される作動油の流量を制御するファン制御弁を含み、
前記コントローラは、所定の判定条件が満たされているときには、前記作業機が操作されているときよりも前記ファン制御弁の開度を増大させるように前記ファン制御弁を制御する、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の作業機械。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記ファン制御弁の開度を示す指令値と前記ファンの目標回転速度との関係を規定する第1指令値データと、同じ目標回転速度に対して前記第1指令値データよりも大きな前記開度を示す指令値との関係を規定する第2指令値データと、を有し、
前記作業機が操作されているときには、前記第1指令値データを参照して、前記ファン制御弁の開度を決定し、
前記所定の判定条件が満たされているときには、前記第2指令値データを参照して、前記ファン制御弁の開度を決定する、
請求項6に記載の作業機械。
