請求項5に記載のトルク制限クラッチアセンブリ。 - 前記バネ部材は、円錐バネを有し、前記円錐バネは、前記トルク制限クラッチアセンブリと前記遊星ギアアセンブリとが前記電気モータハウジング部材に取り付けられる場合に圧縮される、

請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のトルク制限クラッチアセンブリ。 - 前記クラッチプレートアセンブリに追加の予負荷力を加えるように構成される2次的な要素をさらに備えるトルク制限クラッチアセンブリであって、前記2次的な要素は、
前記クラッチプレートアセンブリのエンドクラッチプレートの近傍のリング部材であって、前記エンドクラッチプレートは、前記複数の第1のクラッチプレートの第1のエンドクラッチプレートである、リング部材と、
前記リング部材の面内に形成される複数のスロットであって、前記リング部材の前記面は、前記クラッチプレートアセンブリの前記エンドクラッチプレートの近傍にあり、前記複数のスロットの各スロットは不均一な深さである複数のスロットと、
複数のボールであって、前記複数のボールの各ボールは、前記複数のスロットの対応するスロット内に保持され、前記複数のボールの各ボールに対応する直径は、前記複数のスロットの各スロットに対応する最大深さを超え、前記エンドクラッチプレートが前記リング部材に対して回転している間は、前記複数のボールの各ボールは、第1のスロット領域から第2のスロット領域に向かって移動し、前記第2のスロット領域は、前記第1のスロット領域より浅く、かつ、前記第1のスロット領域から前記第2のスロット領域に向かう、前記複数のボールの各ボールの動きにより前記クラッチプレートアセンブリが圧縮される、複数のボールとを有する、
