Abstract
Description
中空糸膜は、ろ過膜材の表面の濡れ性を修正するためにコーティングされてもよい。毛細管現象は、内腔のろ過部分がより疎水性になされる時に減少されることが可能であり、それゆえに溶血を防止可能である。

Claims (22)
- 第1の供給側開口部(21)及び第2の供給側開口部(22)を有する供給ボリューム(20)と、
クリーンサイド(40)と、
ろ過膜(30)と、
を備え、
前記ろ過膜は、前記供給ボリューム及び前記クリーンサイドを隔離しており、
前記ろ過膜は、血漿/血清(98)に浸透性を有する一方で血液細胞(99)を保持する細孔を有しており、
前記第1の供給側開口部は、血漿/血清が前記ろ過膜を浸透するとともに前記第2の供給側開口部を通って前記ボリュームを出るように、前記第1の供給側開口部から前記供給ボリュームまで血液供給(97)するために、第1の血液ポンプに結合されるように適合される、ことを特徴とする全血液ろ過装置。 - 前記第2の供給側開口部(22)は、血漿/血清(98)が前記ろ過膜(30)を浸透するとともに、血液細胞(99)が前記第2の供給側開口部(21)を通って前記ボリュームを出るように、前記第2の供給側開口部から前記供給ボリュームまで血液を供給するために、第2の血液ポンプに結合されるように適合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記第1の供給側開口部(21)及び前記第2の供給側開口部(22)の一方に結合される少なくとも1つの血液ポンプ(110)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの血液ポンプ(110)は手動の血液ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記第1の供給側開口部(21)及び前記第2の供給側開口部(22)の一方と結合される第2の血液ポンプ(120)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記第2の血液ポンプ(120)は、血流(97、99)の受入に偏られるため、且つ、減少された偏りに血流をリリースするために適合される弾性ボリューム(121)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記ろ過膜(30)は、第1の終端開口部(31)と第2の終端開口部(32)とともに内腔を有する少なくとも1つの中空糸膜(35)を備え、
前記内腔は、前記第1の供給側開口部(21)が前記第1の終端開口部(31)と連通し、且つ、前記第2の供給側開口部(22)が前記第2の終端開口部(32)と連通するように前記供給ボリュームを備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。 - 前記ろ過膜(30)を含む筐体(10)をさらに備え、
前記筐体は、前記第1の供給側開口部(21)及び前記第2の供給側開口部(22)を備え、前記筐体は、前記クリーンサイドと連通する出口開口部(41)をさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。 - 前記中空糸膜(35)は、イオン性溶液で事前に洗い流すことで前処理される膜であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記イオン性溶液は、塩化ナトリウム溶液であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記中空糸膜(35)は、親水性を減らした、望ましくは親水性低下コーティングをした、さらに望ましくは疎水性コーティングをした、膜であることを特徴とする請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記中空糸膜(35)は、血漿/血清(98)に浸透性を有する一方で血液細胞(99)を保持する細孔を有するセラミック材料製であることを特徴とする請求項7から11のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記中空糸膜(35)は、血漿/血清(98)に浸透性を有する一方で血液細胞(99)を保持する細孔を有する高分子材料製であることを特徴とする請求項7から11のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記筐体(10)は、縦拡張部を有し、
前記第1の供給側開口部(21)は第1の開口方向を有し、
前記第2の供給側開口部(22)は第2の開口方向を有し、
前記第1の開口方向及び前記第2の開口方向の各々は、前記筐体の前記縦拡張部に対して傾斜しており、
前記筐体の前記縦拡張部及び前記第1の開口方向間の傾斜と、前記筐体の前記縦拡張部及び前記第2の開口方向間の傾斜とは、10°〜80°の間であり、望ましくは30°〜60°の間であり、さらに望ましくは45°±5°であることにより、
前記第1の供給側開口部(21)及び前記第2の供給側開口部(22)に結合される血液ポンプが扱いやすくなっている、ことを特徴とする請求項8から13のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。 - 前記第1の供給開口部(21)に固定的に接続される血液ポンプである第1の弾性的風船(51)及び前記第2の供給側開口部(22)に固定的に接続される血液ポンプである第2の弾性的風船(52)をさらに備え、
前記筐体は、前記血液サンプルを供給するための前記ろ過ボリューム(20)に連通されるサンプル注入口(23)をさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項8から14のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。 - サンプル注入口(23)は、前記血液サンプルを供給するために前記ろ過ボリューム(20)に連通する注入針として形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記筐体(10)はU字状の拡張部を有しており、
前記第1の供給側開口部(21)及び前記第2の供給側開口部(22)は対応する開口方向を有しており、
第1の血液ポンプ及び第2の血液ポンプは、隣り合うように接続されて配置されることを特徴とする請求項8から13のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。 - 前記第1の供給側開口部(21)に着脱可能に接続される第1の血液ポンプ(110)及び前記第2の供給側開口部(22)に着脱可能に接続される第2の血液ポンプ(120)をさらに備え、前記第1の血液ポンプ(110)及び前記第2の血液ポンプ(120)は、隣り合うように配置され、単一ユニットを形成することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記第1の血液ポンプ(110)及び前記第2の血液ポンプ(120)は、ピストン駆動される手動ポンプであり、その各々はプッシュボタン(112、122)を有しており、前記プッシュボタンは対応する操作方向を有しており、前記全血液ろ過装置が携帯式である場合、前記プッシュボタンは交互に操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記第1の血液ポンプ(110)及び前記第2の血液ポンプ(120)の一方が、前記筐体(10)から分離される場合において、患者から血液を得るために注入針(113)に着脱可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記筐体(10)は、前記出口開口部(41)に向かって狭くなることを特徴とする請求項8から20のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
- 前記クリーンサイド(40)側の前記筐体(10)は、疎水性の表面を有するまたは疎水性にコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項8から21のいずれか1項に記載の全血液ろ過装置。
