Claims (12)
- 機械(10)の運動を検出するためのポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)であって、
それぞれ異なる極性の磁極(211、212)同士が互いに並置されて一列に配置された複数の磁極ペア(211、212)において生成される磁界(H)を検出するための第1のポジションセンサ(21)と、
前記一列に配置された複数の磁極ペア(211、212)の中央に、当該一列に配置された複数の磁極ペア(211、212)から離間して配置された個別磁石(221、222)における磁界(H)を検出するための第2のポジションセンサ(22)と、
前記第1及び前記第2のポジションセンサ(21、22)に対して相対的な前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の運動に基づき検出された、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の少なくとも1つの検出結果と前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の少なくとも1つの検出結果とを評価するための評価装置(205)と、
を備えており、
前記評価装置(205)は、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の前記少なくとも1つの検出結果と前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の前記少なくとも1つの検出結果とを、前記第1及び前記第2のポジションセンサ(21、22)の前記検出結果の評価におけるエラーの識別のために利用するように構成されている、
ポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)。 - 電子回路(23)と、
少なくとも1つのスイッチ(24;24、25)と、
をさらに備えており、
前記電子回路(23;23、230)は、磁界(H)の変化が検出されたという、前記第1又は前記第2のポジションセンサ(21;22)からの信号(207;208;216;225)の受信に対するリアクションとして、前記少なくとも1つのスイッチ(24;24、25)の動作を制御するための信号(235)を送出するように構成されており、
前記少なくとも1つのスイッチ(24;24、25)は、前記電子回路(23)から送出された前記信号(235)に対するリアクションとして、前記第1又は前記第2のポジションセンサ(21;22)のうちの一方のポジションセンサによる検出を、スイッチオン又はスイッチオフするように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)。 - 前記評価装置(205)は、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の前記検出結果を評価する第1の制御ユニット(210)と、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の前記検出結果を評価する第2の制御ユニット(220)とを有する、及び/又は、
前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)は、前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の運動における増分ポジションを検出するように構成されている、及び/又は、
前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)は、前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の運動における絶対ポジションを検出し、かつ、前記機械(10)の前記部材(11;13)の運動の方向を識別するように構成されている、
請求項1又は2に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)。 - 前記評価装置(205)は、前記機械(10)の前記部材(11;13)の数回転以内の絶対ポジションを評価するように構成されている、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)。 - 前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)、前記電子回路(23)、前記少なくとも1つのスイッチ(24;24、25)及び前記第2の制御ユニット(220)に、電気エネルギーを供給するためのエネルギー供給装置(26)をさらに備えている、
請求項3又は4に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)。 - 前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)及び前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)は、それぞれTMRセンサであり、又は、
前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)は、TMRセンサであり、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)は、パラメータ設定可能なホールセンサである、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)。 - 前記電子回路(23)は、フリップフロップ回路を有する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)。 - 機械(10)によって運動させるように駆動可能な少なくとも1つの可動部材(11;13)と、
前記機械(10)の非動作状態において前記少なくとも1つの可動部材(11;13)の運動を検出するための、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)と、
を備えた機械(10)。 - 当該機械(10)の前記少なくとも1つの部材(11;13)は、当該機械(10)のロータ(11)又はシャフト(13)である、
請求項8に記載の機械(10)。 - 少なくとも1つの被駆動装置部材(40)と、
当該少なくとも1つの被駆動装置部材(40)を回転運動又は直線運動させるように駆動する少なくとも1つの機械(10)と、
機械(10)の少なくとも1つの部材(11;13)の運動を検出するための、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)と、
を備えた装置(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)は、機械(10)の少なくとも1つの部材(11;13)の運動を前記機械(10)の非動作状態において検出するように構成されている、
請求項10に記載の装置(1)。 - 第1のポジションセンサ(21)と第2のポジションセンサ(22)と評価装置(205)とを有するポジション検出システム(20;20A乃至20C)によって、機械(10)の運動を検出するための方法であって、
それぞれ異なる極性の磁極(211、212)同士が互いに並置されて一列に配置された複数の磁極ペア(211、212)において生成される磁界(H)を、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)によって検出するステップと、
前記一列に配置された複数の磁極ペア(211、212)の中央に、当該一列に配置された複数の磁極ペア(211、212)から離間して配置された個別磁石(221、222)における磁界(H)を、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)によって検出するステップと、
前記第1及び前記第2のポジションセンサ(21、22)に対して相対的な前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の運動に基づき検出された、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の少なくとも1つの検出結果と前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の少なくとも1つの検出結果とを、前記評価装置(205)によって評価するステップと、
を有しており、
前記評価装置(205)は、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の前記少なくとも1つの検出結果と前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の前記少なくとも1つの検出結果とを、前記第1及び前記第2のポジションセンサ(21、22)の前記検出結果の評価におけるエラーの識別のために利用する、
