Description
Claims (12)
- 機械(10)の運動を検出するためのポジション検出システム(20;20A)であって、
前記機械(10)の運動により生成される第1の磁界(H1)の変化を検出するための第1のポジションセンサ(21)と、
前記機械(10)の運動により生成される、前記第1の磁界(H1)とは異なる第2の磁界(H2)の変化を検出するための第2のポジションセンサ(22)であって、当該第2のポジションセンサ(22)の検出結果は、前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の特定すべきポジションについて前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の検出結果よりも低い分解能を有する、第2のポジションセンサ(22)と、
前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の1回の電気的回転内での絶対ポジションの特定のために前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の前記検出結果を用いるように、並びに、前記機械(10)の前記部材(11;13)の機械的回転に関連づけられた増分ポジションの特定、及び、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)のエラーの識別のために前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の前記検出結果を用いるように構成されている評価装置(205)と、
を備えており、
両方の前記ポジションセンサ(21、22)各々は、当該ポジションセンサの検出結果を前記評価装置(205)へ送出するために、別個の通信コネクション(217;227)を介して前記評価装置(205)に接続されている、
ポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 少なくとも2つの第1の磁石(211、212)であって、当該第1の磁石(211、212)において、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)は前記第1の磁界(H1)を検出する、少なくとも2つの第1の磁石(211、212)と、
第2の磁石(221、222)であって、当該第2の磁石(221、222)において、前記第2のポジションセンサは前記第2の磁界(H2)を検出する、第2の磁石(221、222)と、
をさらに備えており、
前記少なくとも2つの第1の磁石(211、212)と前記第2の磁石(221、222)とは、予め定められた固定的な相互配列で配置されている、
請求項1に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 前記少なくとも2つの第1の磁石(211、212)は、それぞれ異なる極性の磁極(211、212)同士が互いに並置されて一列に配置された複数の磁極ペア(211、212)を有しており、
前記第2の磁石(221、222)は、前記少なくとも2つの第1の磁石(211、212)の中央に、前記一列に配置された前記複数の磁極ペア(211、212)から離間して配置されている、
請求項2に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 前記評価装置(205)は、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の少なくとも1つの検出結果と前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の少なくとも1つの検出結果とを評価するための制御ユニット(210)を有している、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 前記評価装置(205)は、
前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の少なくとも1つの検出結果(215)を評価するための第1の制御ユニット(210)と、
前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の少なくとも1つの検出結果(225)を評価するための第2の制御ユニット(220)と、
を有しており、
前記第1及び第2の制御ユニット(210、220)は、前記検出結果(215、225)又は評価結果をデータ(230)として当該制御ユニット(210、220)間で伝送するために互いに接続されている、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 前記評価装置(205)は、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の前記少なくとも1つの検出結果と、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の前記少なくとも1つの検出結果とを、前記ポジションセンサ(21、22)の前記検出結果の評価におけるエラーの識別のために利用するように構成されている、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 前記第1の磁界(H1)の変化を検出するために、複数の第1の磁石(211、212)に2つ以上の第1のポジションセンサ(21)が設けられている、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)及び前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)は、それぞれTMRセンサであり、又は、
前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)は、TMRセンサであり、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)は、パラメータ設定可能なホールセンサである、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のポジション検出システム(20;20A)。 - 機械(10)によって運動させられるように駆動可能な少なくとも1つの可動部材(11;13)と、
前記少なくとも1つの可動部材(11;13)の運動を検出するための、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのポジション検出システム(20;20A)と、
を備えた機械(10)。 - 当該機械(10)の前記少なくとも1つの部材(11;13)は、当該機械(10)のロータ(11)又はシャフト(13)である、及び/又は、
当該機械(10)は、同期モータである、
請求項9に記載の機械(10)。 - 少なくとも1つの被駆動装置部材(40)と、
前記少なくとも1つの被駆動装置部材(40)を回転運動又は直線運動させるように駆動する少なくとも1つの機械(10)と、
機械(10)の少なくとも1つの部材(11;13)の運動を検出するための、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのポジション検出システム(20;20A)と、
を備えた装置(1)。 - 第1のポジションセンサ(21)と第2のポジションセンサ(22)と評価装置(205)とを有するポジション検出システム(20;20A)によって、機械(10)の運動を検出するための方法であって、
前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)によって、前記機械(10)の運動により生成される第1の磁界(H1)の変化を検出し、第1の通信コネクション(217)を介して検出結果を前記評価装置(205)へ送出するステップと、
前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)によって、前記機械(10)の運動により生成される、前記第1の磁界(H1)とは異なる第2の磁界(H2)の変化を検出し、第2の通信コネクション(227)を介して検出結果を前記評価装置(205)へ送出するステップであって、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の検出結果は、前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の特定すべきポジションについて前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の検出結果よりも低い分解能を有する、ステップと、
前記機械(10)の部材(11;13)の1回の電気的回転内での絶対ポジションの特定のために、及び、前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の前記検出結果を用いた前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)のエラーの識別のために、前記第2のポジションセンサ(22)の少なくとも1つの検出結果を前記評価装置(205)によって評価するステップと、
前記機械(10)の前記部材(11;13)の機械的回転に関連づけられた増分ポジションの特定のために前記第1のポジションセンサ(21)の少なくとも1つの検出結果を前記評価装置(205)によって評価するステップと、
を有する、機械(10)の運動を検出するための方法。
