Abstract
Description
で表されるチオフェンモノマーを、少なくとも水を含む溶媒中、酸化剤の存在下で重合させ、次いで、得られたポリマーを少なくともイオン交換により精製して得られるポリチオフェンであることを特徴とする[1]乃至[3]のいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。
・導電性フィルムの製膜
スライドガラス(26×70mm)の真中にビニールテープを貼り、ビニールテープで区画された半分の面積(26×35mm)にポリチオフェン水溶液(約1.0 重量%)を滴下する。赤外水分計(MOC−120H,島津製作所)を用いて空気中,120℃で加熱乾燥後、200℃,30分で熱処理することで導電性フィルムを作製した。
スライドガラスに貼ったビニールテープを剥がし、ガラス基板と導電性フィルムの段差を触針式段差計(D−100,KLA Tencor)で測定した。ガラス基板の表面でベースライン補正した後、段差測定から導電性フィルムの膜厚を算出した。
導電性フィルムの電気伝導度は、抵抗率計(ロレスタGP,MCP−T610型,三菱化学)を用いて測定した。4探針プローブ(PSPプローブ,三菱化学)をスタンドに固定し、フィルムを持ち上げることでプローブに接触させた。フィルムサイズ(26×35mm)および膜厚を入力し、最低3サンプルの測定平均(表面抵抗率)から電気伝導度を算出した。電気伝導度の算出式を以下に示す。
電気伝導度[S/cm]=104/(表面抵抗率[Ω/□]×膜厚[μm])
紫外可視近赤外分光光度計(UV−3100、SHIMADZU製)を用い、自己ドープ型導電性高分子水溶液(100ppm)を分析した。
ポリチオフェン[下記式(4)及び下記式(5)で表される繰り返し構造を含む重合体]の合成
120.0gのモノマーである3−[(2,3−ジヒドロチエノ[3,4−b]−[1,4]ジオキシン−2−イル)メトキシ]−1−メチル−1−プロパンスルホン酸ナトリウム(99.5%LC純度)と62.5mLの硫酸を約1000mLの純水に溶解した。この混合液に60.55gの硫酸鉄七水和物を加え、さらに165.67gの過硫酸アンモニウムを含む水溶液を滴下し、最後に全重量が1500gになるよう純水を加えて調製した。全重量に対するモノマーの仕込み濃度は8.0重量%であった。混合溶液を0℃で24時間、反応液全体が流動するように均一強撹拌させながら重合反応を行った。その後、反応溶液のイオン交換処理や脱塩処理等を行い、濃度1.0重量%のポリチオフェン(下記式(4)及び下記式(5)で表される繰り返し構造を含む重合体)の水溶液を得た。得られた水溶液をガラス基板上に成膜して塗膜を得た。得られた塗膜の電気伝導度は818S/cmであった。結果を下記表1に記載した。また、電気伝導度及び加熱処理時間の関係を図4に記載した。
ポリチオフェン[上記式(4)及び上記式(5)で表される繰り返し構造を含む重合体]の加熱処理
合成例1で得られた濃度1.0重量%のポリチオフェン水溶液を、室温から100℃まで加熱し、100℃で24時間、加熱処理し、次いで放冷後、ポリチオフェン水溶液をガラス基板上に成膜して塗膜を得た。得られた塗膜の電気伝導度は924S/cmであった。結果を下記表1に記載した。また、電気伝導度及び加熱処理温度の関係を図1に、UV−Vis−NIR測定から得られたスペクトルを図2に、波長900nmでの吸収強度と加熱処理温度の関係を図3に、電気伝導度及び加熱処理時間の関係を図4に記載した。
実施例1において、100℃で24時間の加熱処理を40℃で24時間の加熱処理とした以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行い、塗膜の電気伝導度測定及びUV−Vis−NIR測定を行った。結果を表1に記載した。また、電気伝導度及び加熱処理温度の関係を図1に、UV−Vis−NIR測定から得られたスペクトルを図2に、波長900nmでの吸収強度と加熱処理温度の関係を図3に示した。
実施例1において、100℃で24時間の加熱処理を60℃で24時間の加熱処理とした以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行い、塗膜の電気伝導度測定及びUV−Vis−NIR測定を行った。結果を表1に記載した。また、電気伝導度及び加熱処理温度の関係を図1に、UV−Vis−NIR測定から得られたスペクトルを図2に、波長900nmでの吸収強度と加熱処理温度の関係を図3に示した。

実施例1において、100℃で24時間の加熱処理を100℃で48時間の加熱処理とした以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行い、塗膜の電気伝導度測定及びUV−Vis−NIR測定を行った。結果を表1に記載した。また、電気伝導度及び加熱処理時間の関係を図4に示した。
Claims (4)
- 下記一般式(1)で表される繰り返し構造及び下記一般式(2)で表される繰り返し構造を含むポリチオフェンの溶液を加熱処理することを特徴とする、導電性高分子溶液の製造方法。
- 前記ポリチオフェンの溶液が水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記加熱処理が、温度50℃〜250℃での加熱処理であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記一般式(1)で表される繰り返し構造及び前記一般式(2)で表される繰り返し構造を含むポリチオフェンが、下記一般式(3)
で表されるチオフェンモノマーを、少なくとも水を含む溶媒中、酸化剤の存在下で重合させ、次いで、得られたポリマーを少なくともイオン交換により精製して得られるポリチオフェンであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。
