- 前記マニホルド要素が射出成形により形成され、好ましくは、前記マニホルドチャンバの少なくとも1個に流体を供給すべく流体供給系に接続するための入口管、前記マニホルドチャンバの少なくとも1個から流体を流出させるべく流体供給系に接続するための出口管、および載置ピンのうち少なくとも1個が前記マニホルド要素にオーバーモールドされる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のマニホルド要素を鋳造、好ましくは射出成形し、および前記マニホルド要素を前記1個以上のアクチュエータ要素と組み立てるステップを含む、液滴堆積装置を製造する方法。
