Claims (7)
- クランクケース(31)に回転自在に支持され前記クランクケース(31)から外側に延出し、前記クランクケース(31)に結合されるクラッチカバー(45)で覆われる先端を有する駆動力伝達シャフト(35)と、
前記クランクケース(31)および前記クラッチカバー(45)の間に配置され、前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)に相対回転自在に支持されるアウター部材(66)と、
前記アウター部材(66)の内側で前記動力伝達シャフト(35)に相対回転不能に支持されるセンター部材(67)と、
軸方向に相対変位自在に前記アウター部材(66)および前記センター部材(67)にそれぞれ支持され、相互に接触すると摩擦力を発揮し前記アウター部材(66)から前記センター部材(67)に回転力を伝達する摩擦部材(68)と、
ばね部材(69)の弾性力を受けて前記摩擦部材(68)の相互接触を拘束する第1位置、および、前記弾性力に抗して前記相互接触から前記摩擦部材(68)を解放する第2位置の間で、軸方向に相対変位自在に前記センター部材(67)に支持されるプレッシャー部材(71)と、
軸方向に相対変位自在に前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)内に配置されて、軸方向変位に応じて前記第1位置から前記第2位置に向かって強制的に前記プレッシャー部材(71)の変位を引き起こすプッシュロッド(73)と、
を備える内燃機関において、
前記プッシュロッド(73)に連結されて、前記クランクケース(31)および前記クラッチカバー(45)の間で前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の径方向に配置されて径方向に前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の外周から突出するピン部材(94)と、
前記クランクケース(31)および前記クラッチカバー(45)の間で軸方向に相対変位自在に前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の外周に装着されて、前記ピン部材(94)に連結されて前記プレッシャー部材(71)に向かって前記ピン部材(94)の軸方向変位を伝達するリフター部材(74)とを備え、
前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の先端は前記クラッチカバー(45)に相対回転自在に支持されることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関において、前記クラッチカバー(45)には、前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)を回転自在に支持する軸受(62)が組み込まれることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項2に記載の内燃機関において、前記プッシュロッド(73)の先端に前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の回転軸線(Mc)回りで相対回転自在に連結されるリフターピース(92)を備え、前記ピン部材(94)は、前記リフターピース(92)に穿たれた貫通孔(93)内に配置されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項3に記載の内燃機関において、前記リフターピース(92)は、前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の先端から前記貫通孔(93)に至る軸方向油路(96)を有し、前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の先端には、前記クラッチカバー(45)に形成される油通路(98)が接続されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項4に記載の内燃機関において、前記リフターピース(92)は、前記軸方向油路(96)から径方向に延びて前記リフターピース(92)の外周で開口する給油路(97)を有し、前記給油路(97)は、前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の外周で開放される開口(99)に接続されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項5に記載の内燃機関において、前記リフター部材(74)は、前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の外周にスライド自在に接する円筒面を形成する軸受部(74a)と、前記軸受部(74a)から前記クランクケース(31)に向かって連続し、前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)の外周との間に空間を形成する拡張部(74b)とを有し、前記円筒面には、前記開口(99)に接続されて、軸方向に前記空間に向かって開放される通路(101)が形成されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関において、前記リフターピース(92)は、前記軸受(62)の内側で、軸方向に変位自在に前記駆動力伝達シャフト(35)内に配置されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
