Claims (6)
- 起立姿勢の軸線(Cf;Cs)を有して上向きに開口し液路(102;122)に接続される貫通孔(103;109)に、開口から螺旋状に雌ねじ(104)のねじ溝を区画する液路部材(105)と、前記開口から前記液路部材(105)にねじ込まれて、前記ねじ溝に進入するねじ山を有する雄ねじ部材(106;112)とを備える液路装置(LP)において、
前記雌ねじ(104)には、前記開口で開放されて軸方向に前記ねじ溝を横切る長溝(116;123)が形成され、
前記軸線(Cf;Cs)は重力方向に対して傾斜しており、
前記長溝(116;123)は、前記軸線(Cf;Cs)に直交する平面内で描かれる雌ねじ(104)の外径円上で重力方向に最も高い位置に配置されることを特徴とする液路装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液路装置において、前記長溝(116;123)は前記ねじ溝よりも深いことを特徴とする液路装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の液路装置において、前記長溝(116;123)は前記軸線(Cf;Cs)に平行に線形に延びることを特徴とする液路装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液路装置において、前記長溝(116)に接続されて、外気に向かって開口しボルト(111)で塞がれる脱気口に通じる脱気通路(141)を有することを特徴とする液路装置。
- 請求項4に記載の液路装置において、
前記開口を含む合わせ面に重ねられて前記雄ねじ部材(106)で前記液路部材(105)に結合される環状部(108a)から延びる腕部(108b)に連続し、起立姿勢の前記軸線(Cs)を有して上向きに開口し前記液路(122)に接続される前記貫通孔(109)に、開口から螺旋状にねじ溝を区画する雌ねじ部(108c)を有する連結部材(108)と、前記開口から前記連結部材(108)にねじ込まれて、前記液路(122)に通じる前記脱気通路(141)を有する脱気ボルト(112)とを備え、
前記雌ねじ部(108c)には、前記開口で開放されて軸方向に前記ねじ溝を横切る前記長溝(123)が形成されることを特徴とする液路装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の液路装置において、前記液路部材(105)は、車両に搭載されて、前記液路(102)に接続されるクラッチリリースシリンダー(96)を有することを特徴とする液路装置。
