Abstract
Description
上記実施形態では、スプール102が中立位置(N0)から軸方向に所定のストローク以上移動したときに、第1給排通路111とドレン通路113との連通を遮断するとともに第2給排通路112とドレン通路113との連通を遮断するように、バルブハウジング101及びスプール102が構成されている例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば、図5に示すように、上記実施形態で説明した第1遮断位置(I1)及び第2遮断位置(I2)を設けなくてもよい。
上記実施形態では、バルブハウジング101内に第3絞り113aが設けられる例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。バルブハウジング101外のドレン通路113に第3絞り113aを設けてもよい。
上記実施形態では、第1遮断位置(I1)が、スプール102が中立位置(N0)から軸方向一方に最大に移動した位置であり、第2遮断位置(I2)が、スプール102が中立位置(N0)から軸方向他方に最大に移動した位置である例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。バルブハウジング101及びスプール102が、スプール102が中立位置(N0)から軸方向に所定のストローク以上移動すると、第1給排通路111とドレン通路113との連通を遮断するとともに第2給排通路112とドレン通路113との連通を遮断するように構成されていればよい。ここで、所定のストロークとは、最大ストロークに限定されない。所定のストロークとは、油圧モータ12の加速、一定回転、ブレーキ時等の通常動作による圧力が、第1圧力室121(または第2圧力室122)に導かれた際に、遮断位置(I2)(または遮断位置(I1))に切り換えられるストロークであればよく、最大ストロークよりも短いストロークであってもよい。
上記実施形態では、反転動作を防止する対象となるアクチュエータが油圧モータ12である場合について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば、アクチュエータは旋回体15を左右に揺動させるような油圧シリンダであってもよい。
上記実施形態では、アクチュエータの作動流体として作動油を用いる例について説明したが、作動水等の他の流体を作動流体として用いてもよい。
Claims (3)
- アクチュエータの停止直後の反転動作を防止する反転防止弁であって、
アクチュエータに対して作動流体を給排する一対の主通路の一方に接続される第1給排通路と、前記一対の主通路の他方に接続される第2給排通路と、タンクに接続されるドレン通路と、を有するバルブハウジングと、
前記バルブハウジング内に摺動自在に収容され、前記第1給排通路と前記ドレン通路とを連通する第1連通位置、前記第2給排通路と前記ドレン通路とを連通する第2連通位置、及び、前記第1給排通路と前記ドレン通路との連通を遮断するとともに前記第2給排通路と前記ドレン通路との連通を遮断する中立位置に移動可能なスプールと、
前記スプールを前記第2連通位置に向けて付勢する作動流体が導かれる第1圧力室と、
前記スプールを前記第1連通位置に向けて付勢する作動流体が導かれる第2圧力室と、
前記スプールを前記中立位置に保持する付勢部材と、を備え、
前記スプールの内部には、前記スプールの位置にかかわらず前記第1給排通路と前記第1圧力室とを連通する第1連通路と、前記スプールの位置にかかわらず前記第2給排通路と前記第2圧力室とを連通する第2連通路と、が設けられ、
前記第1連通路には、通過する作動流体に抵抗を付与する第1絞りが設けられ、
前記第2連通路には、通過する作動流体に抵抗を付与する第2絞りが設けられ、
前記スプールの外周には、前記スプールが前記第1連通位置に位置しているときに、前記第1給排通路と前記ドレン通路とを連通する第1環状溝と、前記スプールが前記第2連通位置に位置しているときに、前記第2給排通路と前記ドレン通路とを連通する第2環状溝と、が設けられる
ことを特徴とする反転防止弁。 - 請求項1に記載の反転防止弁において、
前記バルブハウジング及び前記スプールは、前記スプールが軸方向に所定のストローク以上移動すると、前記第1給排通路と前記ドレン通路との連通を遮断するとともに前記第2給排通路と前記ドレン通路との連通を遮断するように構成される
ことを特徴とする反転防止弁。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の反転防止弁において、
前記付勢部材は、
前記第1圧力室に配置され、前記スプールの軸方向の移動に伴い伸縮して、前記スプールへの付勢力を増減させる第1付勢ばねと、
前記第2圧力室に配置され、前記スプールの軸方向の移動に伴い伸縮して、前記スプールへの付勢力を増減させる第2付勢ばねと、を有し、
前記スプールの一端側と前記第1付勢ばねとの間に設けられる第1ばね受け部材と、
前記スプールの他端側と前記第2付勢ばねとの間に設けられる第2ばね受け部材と、をさらに備え、
前記バルブハウジングは、
前記第1ばね受け部材が当接する第1当接部と、
前記第2ばね受け部材が当接する第2当接部と、を有し、
前記第1圧力室に作動流体が導かれたとき、前記第1当接部に前記第1ばね受け部材が当接することにより、前記第1ばね受け部材が前記スプールから離間するとともに前記第2ばね受け部材が前記第2当接部から離間し、
前記第2圧力室に作動流体が導かれたとき、前記第2当接部に前記第2ばね受け部材が当接することにより、前記第2ばね受け部材が前記スプールから離間するとともに前記第1ばね受け部材が前記第1当接部から離間する
ことを特徴とする反転防止弁。
