(実施の形態1)
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る蓄電装置1の一部を示す斜視図である。蓄電装置1は、蓄電モジュール2,3と、接続モジュール4とを備える。
接続ユニット20は、樹脂などの絶縁材料によって形成された収容ケース30を含む。収容ケース30は、ケース本体31および蓋32を含む。
ケース本体31は、底板40と、長側壁41,42と、端側壁43,44とを含む。長側壁41,42と、端側壁43,44とは、底板40の外周縁部から上方に向けて延びるように形成されている。長側壁41および長側壁42は、配列方向D1に配列しており、端側壁43および端側壁44は、幅方向Wに配列している。
(実施の形態2)
図16などを用いて、本実施の形態2に係る接続モジュール100について説明する。接続モジュール100は、接続ユニット101と、接続ユニット102と、バスバー103と、バスバー104と、バスバー105とを含む。
図23などを用いて、本実施の形態3に係る接続モジュール200について説明する。図23は、接続モジュール200を示す斜視図である。接続モジュール200は、接続ユニット201と、バスバー202と、バスバー203とを含む。
Claims (4)
- 第1バスバーと、
第2バスバーと、
前記第1バスバーおよび前記第2バスバーを電気的に接続する接続ユニットと、
を備え、
前記接続ユニットは、
内部に収容空間が形成された絶縁性の収容ケースと、
前記収容空間内に配置された締結部材と、
を含み、
前記収容ケースの外部および前記収容空間を連通すると共に、前記締結部材に装着される工具を挿入可能な工具挿入孔とが形成されており、
前記締結部材は、前記収容空間内に配置された前記第1バスバーおよび前記第2バスバーを電気的に接続し、
前記締結部材のうち、前記工具挿入孔から前記締結部材を視たときに、前記工具挿入孔から見える部分に絶縁部材が配置された、接続モジュール。 - 前記工具が前記締結部材に装着されたときに、前記工具は、前記絶縁部材と接触する、請求項1に記載の接続モジュール。
- 前記締結部材は、ナットと、前記ナットに対応するボルトとを含み、
前記ボルトは、ヘッド部と、前記ヘッド部に接続された軸部とを含み、
前記絶縁部材は、前記ヘッド部に設けられ、
前記工具を前記ボルトに装着すると、前記工具は前記ヘッド部に設けられた絶縁部材と接触する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の接続モジュール。 - 前記収容空間内に配置された弾性部材をさらに備え、
前記ナットには、貫通孔が形成されており、
前記第1バスバーは、前記軸部が挿入される第1挿入孔が形成されると共に前記収容空間内に配置された第1座部を含み、
前記第2バスバーは、前記軸部が挿入される第2挿入孔が形成されると共に前記収容空間内に配置された第2座部を含み、
前記第1座部は、前記第1挿入孔および前記貫通孔が連通するように前記ナットに配置されており、
前記第2座部は、前記第2挿入孔および前記第1挿入孔が連通するように前記第1座部に配置されており、
前記ヘッド部は、前記第2座部に配置されており、
前記弾性部材は、前記第2座部を前記工具挿入孔に向けて付勢する、請求項3に記載の接続モジュール。
