Abstract
Description
本発明の電池監視装置10の一実施形態について図1〜図2を参照して説明する。図1は、本発明の電池監視装置10の一実施形態を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す電池監視装置10の電気構成図である。電池監視装置10は、図示しない車両に搭載された電池パック20の状態を監視する装置である。このような車両は、ハイブリッドカーや電気自動車などの電動モータからの駆動力により走行する車両である。電池パック20は、この車両に搭載された電動モータに電源を供給する。
次に、第2実施形態の電池監視装置10について説明する。第1実施形態と第2実施形態とで大きく異なる点は、第1実施形態では、ECU123が中継を指示していたが、第2実施形態では、検出用基板101〜10nがECU基板120と直接通信できるか否かを判断し、中継を指示するようにしてもよい。直接通信できるか否かの判断としては、例えば、検出用基板101〜10nから計測値を送信したときに、ECU基板120から受信完了通知(ACK)を受信できるか否かによって判断できる。

Claims (5)
- 電池パックを構成する複数の電池モジュール毎に対応して設けられた複数の検出部であって、対応する前記電池モジュールの状態情報を検出する検出回路、及び、該検出回路が検出した前記状態情報を無線送信するための第1無線回路、を各々有する前記複数の検出部と、
前記複数の検出部から送信された前記状態情報を受信する第2無線回路を有する監視部と、を備えた電池監視装置であって、
前記第1無線回路は、他の検出部から無線送信された前記状態情報を受信し、当該受信した前記他の検出部の状態情報を前記第2無線回路に無線送信できることを特徴とする電池監視装置。 - 前記監視部と、当該監視部と直接通信できない前記検出部と、は、当該検出部の中継として設定されている検出部である中継検出部を経由して通信を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記監視部は、前記複数の検出部のうち1つの検出部宛に前記状態情報の送信指示を無線送信し、送信した結果、前記1つの検出部と直接通信できない場合、前記1つの検出部の中継として設定されている検出部である中継検出部宛に前記1つの検出部の状態情報の送信指示を送信することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記監視部は、複数の前記第2無線回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3何れか1項に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記監視部は、前記複数の第2無線回路のうち1つの第2無線部を用いて前記検出部と通信できない場合、前記第2無線回路を切り替えて前記検出部と通信を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池監視装置。
