Claims (11)
- 接点を有する板状の端子片と、
板状に形成され弾性変形する弾性部及び該弾性部の一端部に可動接点を有し、前記可動接点を前記接点に押圧して接触させる可動片と、
温度変化に伴って変形することにより、前記可動片を付勢し、前記可動片の状態を前記可動接点が前記接点に接触する導通状態から前記可動接点が前記接点から離隔する遮断状態に移行させる熱応動素子とを備えた電流遮断装置であって、
前記可動片の状態が前記導通状態から前記遮断状態に移行する際に、前記可動接点が、前記接点を乗り越えて移動する、ことを特徴とする電流遮断装置。 - 前記可動片の状態が前記導通状態から前記遮断状態に移行する際に、前記可動接点が、前記端子片の第1面の側から前記第1面とは反対側の第2面の側に移動する、請求項1記載の電流遮断装置。
- 前記可動片が前記可動接点を前記接点に押圧する方向と、前記熱応動素子が前記可動片を付勢する方向とが一致している、請求項1又は2に記載の電流遮断装置。
- 前記熱応動素子は、前記可動片の状態を前記導通状態から前記遮断状態に移行させる際に、前記可動片を押す方向に付勢する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電流遮断装置。
- 前記接点、前記弾性部、前記可動接点及び前記熱応動素子を収容するためのケースを備え、
前記端子片及び前記可動片は、前記ケースに埋設されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電流遮断装置。 - 前記ケースは、前記接点、前記弾性部、前記可動接点及び前記熱応動素子を収容するための穴部が設けられた第1ケースと、
前記穴部を閉鎖するために前記第1ケースに装着される第2ケースとを含む、請求項5記載の電流遮断装置。 - 前記ケースに対して移動可能に設けられ、前記遮断状態にある前記可動片と当接し、該可動片の状態を前記導通状態に復帰させる移動体を有する、請求項5又は6に記載の電流遮断装置。
- 前記ケースに対して移動可能に設けられ、前記遮断状態にある前記可動片と当接し、該可動片の状態を前記導通状態に復帰させる移動体を有し、
前記第2ケースには、前記移動体の一部を前記ケースの外側に突出させるための貫通孔が形成され、
前記移動体は、前記貫通孔から出没自在に設けられている、請求項6記載の電流遮断装置。 - 前記接点及び前記可動接点のうち少なくとも一方には、前記可動片の長手方向にのびるスリットが形成されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の電流遮断装置。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の電流遮断装置を備えたことを特徴とする電気機器用の安全回路。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の電流遮断装置を備えたことを特徴とする2次電池パック。
