Claims (16)
- X線(4)を発生するために形成されたX線源(1)、X線検出器(2)およびX線反射ユニット(3.1、3.2)を含むX線装置(100、200、300、350、400、500)であって、
前記X線反射ユニット(3.1,3.2)が、反射されたX線(4‘)が前記X線検出器(2)に入射するように、前記X線源(1)で発生されたX線(4)を反射するように構成されているX線装置(100、200、300、350、400、500)。 - 前記X線(4)は第1の方向(21)に沿って前記X線源(1)と前記X線反射ユニット(3.1、3.2)の間を伝播し、
前記X線(4´)は第2の方向(22)に沿って前記X線反射ユニット(3.1、3.2)と前記X線検出器(2)の間を伝播し、
前記第1の方向(21)が前記第2の方向(22)とは異なる、請求項1に記載のX線装置(100、200、300、350、400、500)であって、。 - 前記X線検出器(2)が前記第2の方向(22)に対して直交するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のX線装置(100、200、300、350、400、500)。
- 前記X線反射ユニット(3.1、3.2)が第3の方向(23)に対して直交するように配置されており、
