Claims (6)
- 芯線を絶縁被覆で覆った電線と、前記絶縁被覆から露出した芯線に圧着される芯線圧着部と前記絶縁被覆に圧着される被覆圧着部とから成る圧着部を有する圧着端子と、を備え、圧着金型により、前記圧着端子の圧着部を前記電線の端部に圧着接続する電線付き端子の圧着方法であって、
前記圧着金型に形成されている防食剤供給部に、防食剤を蓄積または供給する防食剤供給工程と、
前記圧着金型により前記電線に前記圧着端子の圧着部を圧着する端子圧着工程と、
を備え、
前記端子圧着工程中または端子圧着工程後において、前記圧着金型の防食剤供給部により、前記圧着端子の圧着部周辺の所定領域に前記防食剤を塗布することを特徴とする電線付き端子の圧着方法。 - 請求項1記載の電線付き端子の圧着方法であって、
前記防食剤供給部は、液状の防食剤が染み込んだ多孔質体であり、
前記多孔質体により、前記圧着端子の芯線圧着部周辺の所定領域に前記防食剤を転写することを特徴とする電線付き端子の圧着方法。 - 請求項1記載の電線付き端子の圧着方法であって、
前記防食剤供給部は、蓄積された液状の防食剤を定量供給するものであり、
前記蓄積された液状の防食剤を、前記圧着端子の芯線圧着部周辺の所定領域に滴下することを特徴とする電線付き端子の圧着方法。 - 請求項2または3記載の電線付き端子の圧着方法であって、
前記圧着端子の芯線圧着部と被覆圧着部との間の前記芯線が露出する部分に前記液状の防食剤を転写または滴下することを特徴とする電線付き端子の圧着方法。 - 芯線を絶縁被覆で覆った電線と、前記絶縁被覆から露出した芯線に圧着される芯線圧着部と前記絶縁被覆に圧着される被覆圧着部とから成る圧着部を有する圧着端子と、を備え、前記圧着端子の圧着部を前記電線の端部に圧着接続する電線付き端子の圧着方法に用いられる圧着金型を有した端子圧着装置であって、
前記圧着金型に、前記圧着端子の圧着部周辺の所定領域に防食剤を供給する防食剤供給部を設けたことを特徴とする端子圧着装置。 - 請求項5記載の端子圧着装置であって、
前記圧着金型の前記圧着端子の芯線圧着部と被覆圧着部との間の前記芯線が露出する部分に対向する位置に前記防食剤供給部を設けたことを特徴とする端子圧着装置。
