Claims (5)
- ベース板から電線挿通孔を有する弾性接続片を切り起こし自在に形成した端子と、絶縁被覆から露出した芯線を有する電線と、を備え、
前記弾性接続片の電線挿通孔に前記電線の絶縁被覆と芯線のうちの少なくとも芯線を挿通させて該弾性接続片の戻り弾性変形により前記端子に前記電線を接続する電線と端子の接続構造であって、
前記ベース板に前記弾性接続片を少なくとも一対設け、
前記一対の弾性接続片の各電線挿通孔に、前記電線の絶縁被覆と芯線のうちの少なくとも芯線を挿通させた状態で、前記一対の弾性接続片の戻り弾性変形により前記ベース板に前記電線の絶縁被覆と芯線のうちの少なくとも芯線を押圧接続させたことを特徴とする電線と端子の接続構造。 - 請求項1記載の電線と端子の接続構造であって、
前記少なくとも一対の弾性接続片の切り起こし方向を異なる方向にしたことを特徴とする電線と端子の接続構造。 - 請求項1記載の電線と端子の接続構造であって、
前記少なくとも一対の弾性接続片の切り起こし方向を同じ方向にしたことを特徴とする電線と端子の接続構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電線と端子の接続構造であって、
前記少なくとも一対の弾性接続片の各電線挿通孔に前記電線の絶縁被覆から露出した芯線をそれぞれ挿通させて押圧接続したことを特徴とする電線と端子の接続構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電線と端子の接続構造であって、
前記少なくとも一対の弾性接続片の一方の弾性接続片の電線挿通孔に前記電線の絶縁被覆から露出した芯線を挿通させて押圧接続する共に、他方の弾性接続片の電線挿通孔に前記電線の絶縁被覆を挿通させて押圧接続したことを特徴とする電線と端子の接続構造。
