Claims (8)
- 回転機械の回転体の回転中における接触によって生ずる事象を検知すると信号を出力する検知器と、
前記検知器から出力された前記信号の受信に基づいて、前記回転体の回転数を段階的に下げる回転数制御、前記回転体の収容室内に注液を段階的に行うための注液制御及び前記回転機械の吐出圧力を段階的に下げるための圧力制御のうちの少なくとも1つの制御を行う制御部と、を備えている回転機械の異常処置装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記回転数制御及び前記注液制御を同時に行うように、又は、前記回転数制御を行った後に前記注液制御を行うように構成されている請求項1に記載の回転機械の異常処置装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記回転数制御及び前記注液制御を行った後に前記圧力制御を行うように構成されている請求項2に記載の回転機械の異常処置装置。
- 前記回転数制御では、前記吐出圧力又は前記回転機械の吐出温度を監視しており、前記回転体の回転数を所定回転数下げた後、前記吐出圧力又は前記吐出温度が安定しても前記検知器から前記信号が出力されているときに再度前記回転体の回転数を所定回転数さげることにより、前記前記回転体の回転数を段階的に下げる請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の回転機械の異常処置装置。
- 前記注液制御では、前記回転機械の吐出温度を監視しており、前記収容室内に注液した後、前記吐出温度が安定しても前記検知器から前記信号が出力されているときに再度注液を行うことにより、前記収容室内に注液を段階的に行う請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の回転機械の異常処置装置。
- 前記圧力制御では、前記吐出圧力又は前記回転機械の吐出温度を監視しており、前記吐出圧力を下げる制御を行った後、前記吐出圧力又は前記吐出温度が安定しても前記検知器から前記信号が出力されているときに再度前記吐出圧力を下げる制御を行うことにより、前記吐出圧力を段階的に下げる請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の回転機械の異常処置装置。
- 回転体と前記回転体の収容室とを有するケーシングを備えた回転機械と、
請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の回転機械の異常処置装置と、を備え、
前記回転機械の前記検知器は、前記ケーシングに取り付けられている回転機械システム。 - 前記回転機械の運転中において、前記検知器から前記信号の出力が無いときでも前記回転体の収容室内へ注液を行う注液ラインを備え、
前記制御部は、前記検知器から出力された前記信号を受信すると、前記注液制御において、前記検知器から前記信号の出力が無いときの液量よりも大きな液量で注液を行う請求項7に記載の回転機械システム。
