Claims (10)
- ポリマー主剤100重量部に対して、少なくとも1種の飽和脂肪酸金属塩1〜50重量部を含む制振用塗料組成物が、合成繊維の不織布に含浸されて成る制振材を、表単板の表面、裏単板の裏面又は/及び任意な単板同士の隣り合う相互間へ介在する状態に貼り合わせ一体化したことを特徴とする内装下地材用防音合板。
- 芯単板の代りとなる制振材を、その両添え芯単板の隣り合う相互間へ介在する状態に貼り合わせ一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
- 芯単板とその両添え芯単板との隣り合う相互間へ、各々制振材を介在する状態に貼り合わせ一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
- 繊維方向が長手方向と平行な平行単板同士の隣り合う相互間へ、制振材を介在する状態に貼り合わせ一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
- 繊維方向が長手方向と直交する直交単板同士の隣り合う相互間へ、制振材を介在する状態に貼り合わせ一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
- 繊維方向が長手方向と平行な平行単板と、同じく長手方向と直交する直交単板との隣り合う相互間へ、制振材を介在する状態に貼り合わせ一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
- すべての単板を針葉樹単板として、制振材も含む防音合板の全体厚みを3〜28mmに設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
- 制振材における制振用塗料組成物の飽和脂肪酸金属塩が飽和脂肪酸のアルカリ土類金属塩であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
- 制振材における制振用塗料組成物のポリマー主剤がスチレン−アクリル共重合樹脂エマルジョンであり、同じく塗料組成物の飽和脂肪酸金属塩がステアリン酸カルシウムであって、
その前者の100重量部と後者の5重量部とが混合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。 - 制振材における不織布の密度を10〜1,000g/m2、同じく不織布の厚みを0.1〜2.0mm、その不織布に対する制振用塗料組成物の含浸量を10〜4,500g/m3に各々設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内装下地材用防音合板。
