Claims (10)
- ハウジングを備えた、木質ガス化反応器からの生成ガス中の長鎖炭化水素の含有量を減らすための生成ガスフィルターであって、前記ハウジングに木質ガス化反応器(3)からの生成ガスが生成ガス配管(2)を介して供給され、かつ前記ハウジングから精製ガスが精製ガス配管(5)を通って排出され、フィルター(1)が隔離床(8)を介して気密に2つの部分に分けられており、前記生成ガス配管(2)が一方の下部領域(4)に通じており、かつ精製ガス配管(5)が上の捕集室(10)から出ており、さらに、隔離床(8)に少なくとも2つのフィルターキャンドル(9)が配置されており、前記フィルターキャンドル(9)が、個々に圧縮空気配管(12)を介して圧縮空気源(P)と接続可能であって、かつ前記下部領域(4)内に突き出ている生成ガスフィルターにおいて、ゼオライト容器(14)が、圧縮空気源(P)と接続可能なベンチュリノズル(15)および開閉可能な配管を介して、前記フィルター(1)の前記下部領域(4)と接続していることを特徴とする、生成ガスフィルター。
- 前記下部領域(4)の最下部区域が、先細りした断面を有しており、かつ粉塵容器(11)に通じていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 前記圧縮空気源(P)から前記ベンチュリノズル(15)を経て前記下部領域(4)への配管において、前記ベンチュリノズルの前後にそれぞれ開閉器具(16)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフィルター。
- 前記圧縮空気配管(12)に開閉器具(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のフィルター。
- 前記精製ガス配管(5)に、精製ガスを前記フィルター(1)から運び去る送風機(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のフィルター。
- 前記生成ガス配管(2)および/または前記下部領域(4)および/または捕集室(10)および/または前記精製ガス配管(5)内に、少なくとも1本のデータ線を介して制御装置または調節装置と接続している圧力測定器および/または流量測定器が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のフィルター。
- 各フィルターキャンドル(9)に、圧力測定器および/または流量測定器の専用セットが割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のフィルター。
- 前記開閉器具(13、16)が、前記制御装置または前記調節装置と作動接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載のフィルター。
- 前記フィルターキャンドル(9)での圧力低下が増大すると、圧力低下が増大した1つまたは複数のフィルターキャンドル(9)に圧縮空気が供給され、その後ゼオライト粉末が前記下部領域(4)に吹き込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のフィルターの運転。
- 前記フィルターキャンドル(9)での圧力低下の増大が、圧力測定器および/または流量測定器によって測定されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の運転。
