Abstract
Description
以下の記載において、本出願の種々の態様が説明されるであろう。本出願を完全に理解するための説明を目的として、特定の構成および詳細が示される。しかしながら、ここに示される特定の詳細を用いずに本出願が実行されうることもまた、当業者には明らかであろう。さらに、本出願が不明瞭になることを避けるため、よく知られている特徴は、省略または簡略化されることもある。
1.2gのステアリン酸をエタノールのエーテル・アルデヒド留分(濃度94〜98%のエタノールと、2〜6%のエーテル、アルデヒド、ジアセチル、メタノール、硝酸塩および硫酸塩との混合物)25mlに溶解する。得られた溶液を、50mlの工業グレードのオレイン酸と混合し、前記液体混合物の透明な溶液を得る。工業グレードのオレイン酸は、以下の脂肪酸を含む(w/w%):
精製所で受け入れる炭化水素原料は、通常、浮遊固形物を除去し、かつ水の含量を0.5w/w%未満とするような前処理が施されている。
250mlのガラス製ビーカーに100mlの炭化水素原料を入れ、容量で約0.5〜1.0%の脂肪酸の液体混合物を加える。この溶液を、リービッヒ冷却器と温度計とを備えた250mlのウルツフラスコに移す。リービッヒ冷却器の終端部にメスシリンダーを配置し、蒸留して得た液体を集める。脂肪酸と原料溶液とが入ったウルツフラスコを、凝結した液体の最初の1滴がメスシリンダーに現れるまで、油浴を使用して穏やかに加熱する。凝結した液体のメスシリンダーへの滴下が終われば、加熱を強め、ウルツフラスコ内の液体の沸騰温度を高める。このサイクルを数回繰り返す。軽質炭化水素生成物の反応収率が78〜82%に到達すれば、このプロセスを抑制する。
40〜45℃の間、フラスコ内に気泡が見られ、反応混合物の容量が10〜15%増加したが、沸騰が実際に始まったのは55℃であった。蒸留された液体が48〜77%である間、分解プロセスは安定かつ均一であり、温度調節は必要でなかった。蒸留された液体が23%、48%および77%となった時点で加熱温度を高めた。
250mlのガラス製ビーカーに100mlの炭化水素原料を入れ、金属と錯体を形成している脂肪酸の固形混合物を2〜3g加える。次いで、上述の脂肪酸の液体混合物と同じ手順を実施して、同じ結果を得る。
認可を受けた試験研究所である「West−Inos」(リヴィウ、ウクライナ)で実施した試験の結果を以下に示す。それぞれの試験の条件は、試験および関連する実験装置のための標準的文書の要件を満たすものであった。提出された油試料の蒸留は、GOST11011−85に従って実施した。
Claims (15)
- 分別されていない、または分別された炭化水素原料の精製、異性化および分解を含む一工程の組合せプロセスであって、該組合せプロセスが、軽質炭化水素生成物を得るために、前記炭化水素原料を1種以上の脂肪酸またはそれらの混合物と共に360℃未満の蒸気温度で加熱することを含み、該プロセスで得られた前記軽質炭化水素生成物が重質炭化水素生成物を含有せず、該プロセスに芳香族炭化水素の形成が伴うことを特徴とする、プロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料が、天然ガスコンデンセート、原油(石油)、製油所原料の常圧下もしくは真空下での残留物、前記原油および製油所原料の常圧下もしくは真空下での前記残留物に由来する溶剤脱れき油、シェール油、オイルサンド、廃潤滑油、オイルスラッジおよびその他の廃油、ならびにこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記軽質炭化水素生成物が、軽質石油ガス、ナフサ、モータおよびタービンの燃料用ガソリン、灯油、ディーゼル燃料(燃料油)および軽質原油を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 当該プロセスでは得ることのない前記重質炭化水素生成物が、炭素原子を25個以上含有する炭化水素である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料が、前記1種以上の脂肪酸またはそれらの混合物と共に、連続的に反応槽に供給される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1種以上の脂肪酸が、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、パルミトレイン酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、アラキジン酸、ガドレイン酸、エルカ酸およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記得られた軽質炭化水素生成物が、分別を行うことなく反応槽から連続的に蒸留され、さらに生成物貯蔵タンクに回収される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記得られた軽質炭化水素生成物が、反応槽から分留され、さらに生成物貯蔵タンクに回収される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料が、反応槽への供給前に、該炭化水素原料から水、水溶性塩および浮遊固形物を除去するためにあらかじめ処理される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料を最初に油水分離器へ流入させ、精製所および種々のプラントからの流出廃水または廃潤滑油、オイルスラッジおよび他の廃油に見出される浮遊固形物ならびに廃水から油本体を分離する、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 当該プロセスの前に、前記軽質炭化水素生成物の一部を用いて前記炭化水素原料を希釈することにより、該炭化水素原料の密度を0.82〜84g/cm3未満とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記希釈が、当該プロセスの間または前記炭化水素原料の輸送中に連続して行われる、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料の希釈に使用される前記軽質炭化水素生成物の前記一部が、沸点の範囲が40℃〜105℃である軽質ナフサ留分から取得される、請求項11または12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料の前記加熱が、常圧下、高圧下または真空中で行われる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 当該プロセスが連続的または半連続的である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
