Description

追加的にまたは代替的に、第11の態様において、医療装置システムは、長尺状シャフトの近位端から長尺状シャフトの遠位端まで延びる管腔を有する長尺状シャフトと、長尺状シャフトの遠位端に近接して配置された医療装置と、長尺状シャフトの内部に配置されて医療装置を長尺状シャフトの遠位端に離脱可能に固定する離脱ワイヤと、長尺状シャフトの近位端と離脱ワイヤの近位端とに対して固定された固定部材と、医療装置を治療部位に搬送するように構成されたマイクロカテーテルとからなり、長尺状シャフトと医療装置とは、前記マクロカテーテルの管腔の内部に摺動可能に配置される。固定部材の近位部分は、固定部材の遠位部分から外れるように構成されている。
追加的にまたは代替的に、第14の態様において、長尺状シャフトは、長尺状シャフトの遠位端に固定された離脱機構の第1の部分を備え、医療装置は、医療装置の近位端に固定された離脱機構の第2の部分を備える。離脱ワイヤは、固定部材の近位部分が固定部材の遠位部分に係合された際に、離脱機構の第1の部分を離脱機構の第2の部分に連結する。
追加的にまたは代替的に、第19の態様において、離脱機構の第1の部分は、長尺状シャフトの遠位端に取り付けられ、離脱機構の第2の部分は、医療装置の近位端に取り付けられる。

Claims (15)
- 近位端から遠位端まで延びる管腔を有する長尺状シャフトと、
前記長尺状シャフトの管腔の内部に配置されて、前記長尺状シャフトの遠位端に医療装置を離脱可能に取り付ける離脱ワイヤと
前記長尺状シャフトの近位端と離脱ワイヤの近位端とに固定された固定部材とからなる医療装置システムであって、
前記固定部材の近位部分は、前記固定部材の遠位部分から離脱するように構成されている医療装置システム。 - 前記固定部材の前記近位部分は、前記離脱ワイヤの前記近位端に固定され、前記固定部材の前記遠位部分は、前記長尺状シャフトの前記近位端に固定されている、請求項1に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材の前記遠位部分の外面は、前記長尺状シャフトの内面に固定されている、請求項2に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材の前記近位部分を前記固定部材の前記遠位部分から離脱することにより、前記離脱ワイヤを前記長尺状シャフトに対して軸方向に移動可能にする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材の前記近位部分の前記固定部材の前記遠位部分に対する軸方向の移動は、前記離脱ワイヤを前記長尺状シャフトに対して軸方向に移動させる、請求項4に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材の前記近位部分は、前記固定部材の前記遠位部分と一体的に形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材は、前記固定部材の壁に形成されたミシン目を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材の前記近位部分は前記ミシン目の近位に配置され、前記固定部材の前記遠位部分は前記ミシン目の遠位に配置される、請求項7に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材は、前記固定部材の壁に形成された脆弱リンクを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材の前記近位部分は前記脆弱リンクの近位に配置され、前記固定部材の遠位部分は前記脆弱リンクの遠位に配置される、請求項9に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記長尺状シャフトの遠位端に近接して配置された医療装置と、前記離脱ワイヤは、前記医療装置を前記長尺状シャフトの遠位端に離脱可能に固定し、
前記医療装置を治療部位に搬送するマイクロカテーテルとをさらに備え、前記長尺状シャフトと前記医療装置とは、前記マイクロカテーテルの管腔の内部に摺動可能に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置システム。 - 前記固定部材の前記近位部分は、前記医療装置が前記マイクロカテーテルの遠位に配置された時に、前記マイクロカテーテルの近位の位置で、前記固定部材の前記遠位部分から離脱するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記固定部材の前記近位部分は、前記固定部材の壁に形成されたミシン目で前記固定部材の前記遠位部分から外れるように構成されている、請求項11または12に記載の医療装置システム。
- 前記長尺状シャフトは、前記長尺状シャフトの前記遠位端に取り付けられた離脱機構の第1の部分を含み、前記医療装置は、前記医療装置の近位端に取り付けられた離脱機構の第2の部分を含み、
前記離脱ワイヤは、前記固定部材の前記近位部分が前記固定部材の前記遠位部分と係合した時に、前記離脱機構の第1の部分を前記離脱機構の第2の部分に連結する、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置システム。 - 前記固定部材の前記近位部分は、前記固定部材の前記近位部分を前記固定部材の前記遠位端に対して曲げる、ねじる、または引くことによって、前記固定部材の前記遠位部分から離脱される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置システム。
