Claims (10)
- バッテリーボックス締付装置であって、
前記バッテリーボックスに固定された取り付け筐体と、前記取り付け筐体を貫通する締結部材と、一部が前記取り付け筐体の中に収納されたフランジと、前記取り付け筐体の中に収納された押付部材と、前記取り付け筐体と前記フランジとの間に設けられた緩み防止部材とを含み、
前記フランジは、前記取り付け筐体の壁を貫通し、前記取り付け筐体に対して回転自在に設けられており、前記締結部材は、前記フランジを貫通し、前記フランジに対して回転不能であるが前記フランジの軸方向に摺動可能に設けられており、
前記締結部材は、前記取り付け筐体を前記バッテリーボックスとともに電動自動車の車体上に接続しており、
前記締結部材が操作されていない状態で、前記押付部材は、前記フランジを圧迫し、前記取り付け筐体の内壁上に当接させることができ、このとき、前記緩み防止部材が前記フランジと前記取り付け筐体とが互いに回転することを阻止することを特徴とするバッテリーボックス締付装置。 - 前記取り付け筐体は、上筐体と下筐体とを含み、前記上筐体と下筐体は、互いに接続されており、そのため、これらの間に中間キャビティが形成されており、前記フランジは、一部が前記中間キャビティ内に収納されており、前記押付部材は、前記中間キャビティ内に完全に収納されており、
前記締結部材が操作されていない状態で、前記押付部材の一端は、前記フランジを押し付け、前記下筐体の内壁に接触し、前記押付部材の他端は、前記上筐体の内壁を押し付け当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。 - 前記緩み防止部材は、前記フランジ上に設けられたスパイク状突起と、前記下筐体の内壁上に設けられた麻製リミットディスクとを含み、または前記緩み防止部材は、前記フランジ上に設けられた麻製リミットディスクと、前記下筐体の内壁上に設けられたスパイク状突起とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。
- 前記締結部材は、ボルトであり、かつ第1の端、第2の端、および前記第1の端と前記第2の端との間に接続されたショルダーとを含み、前記締結部材の第1の端は、前記上筐体上の第1の通し穴に延伸して貫通し、前記締結部材の第2の端は、前記下筐体上の第2の通し穴に延伸して貫通し、前記第1の端には、車体上のナットの中に接続できるようネジ山が設けられており、前記ショルダーは、前記中間キャビティ内に位置し、前記締結部材が操作されていない状態で、前記フランジ上に乗るよう設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。
- 前記フランジは、一体に設けられた横方向環形部および縦方向環形部を含み、前記横方向環形部の中央に、非円形横断面を有する第3の通し穴が設けられており、前記第3の通し穴は、前記縦方向環形部の中心穴と連通し、前記縦方向環形部は、前記下筐体上の第2の通し穴を貫通することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。
- 前記締結部材の第2の端は、前記第3の通し穴と整合した非円形横断面を有し、かつ前記第3の通し穴および前記縦方向環形部の中心穴に挿入され貫通し、前記締結部材と前記フランジとを互いに回転不能にすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。
- ボルトまたはリベットを前記接続穴に貫通させて前記上筐体と前記下筐体とを接続できるよう、前記上筐体および前記下筐体の側面に、それぞれ数が同じで位置が対応した接続穴が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。
- 前記締結部材の第2の端の端面上に、非円形着脱溝が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。
- 前記押付部材はバネであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーボックス締付装置を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーボックス。
