- 病変部位を焼灼する電極(200)と、
高周波電流を発生させる高周波発生器(100)と、
前記高周波発生器(100)から前記電極(200)に延びる電気回路(300)を開閉するスイッチ(330)とを含み、
前記スイッチ(330)の操作によって前記電極(200)の焼灼長さが可変することを特徴とする高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記電極(200)は、
一方向に延長形成されるボディ(210)と、
前記ボディ(210)の一端部に位置する第1電極体(220)と、
前記ボディ(210)の他端部に位置し、前記第1電極体(220)から離隔する第2電極体(230)とを含み、
前記第1電極体(220)と前記第2電極体(230)がそれぞれ病変部位を焼灼可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記第1電極体(220)は、
前記ボディ(210)の一端部において前記ボディ(210)の外周面に沿って螺旋状に巻線される第1アクティブ電極体(222)と、
前記ボディ(210)の一端部において前記ボディ(210)の外周面に沿って螺旋状に巻線され、前記第1アクティブ電極体(222)と並んで巻線される第1パッシブ電極体(224)とを含み、
前記第1アクティブ電極体(222)と前記第1パッシブ電極体(224)との間の高周波放射によって焼灼可能に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記第2電極体(230)は、
前記ボディ(210)の他端部において前記ボディ(210)の外周面に沿って螺旋状に巻線される第2アクティブ電極体(232)と、
前記ボディ(210)の他端部において前記ボディ(210)の外周面に沿って螺旋状に巻線され、前記第2アクティブ電極体(232)と並んで巻線される第2パッシブ電極体(234)とを含み、
前記第2アクティブ電極体(232)と前記第2パッシブ電極体(234)との間の高周波放射によって焼灼可能に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記スイッチ(330)の操作によって、
前記第1アクティブ電極体(222)と前記第1パッシブ電極体(224)とが前記高周波発生器(100)に電気的に連結されてもよく、
前記第2アクティブ電極体(232)と前記第2パッシブ電極体(234)とが前記高周波発生器(100)に電気的に連結されてもよいし、
前記第1アクティブ電極体(222)、前記第1パッシブ電極体(224)、前記第2アクティブ電極体(232)および前記第2パッシブ電極体(234)が前記高周波発生器(100)に電気的に連結されてもよいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記スイッチ(330)は、
前記高周波発生器(100)のアクティブ端子(110)から延びる第1端子(332a)と、
前記高周波発生器(100)のパッシブ端子(120)から延び、前記第1端子(332a)と共に一対の入力端子(332)を形成する第2端子(332b)と、
前記第1アクティブ電極体(222)から延びる第3端子(334a)と、
前記第1パッシブ電極体(224)から延び、前記第3端子(334a)と共に一対の第1出力端子(334)を形成する第4端子(334b)と、
前記第2アクティブ電極体(232)から延びる第5端子(336a)と、
前記第2パッシブ電極体(234)から延び、前記第5端子(336a)と共に一対の第2出力端子(336)を形成する第6端子(336b)と、
前記一対の入力端子(332)を前記一対の第1出力端子(334)と前記一対の第2出力端子(336)に連結および遮断するブリッジ(338)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記ブリッジ(338)は、
前記入力端子(332)を前記第1出力端子(334)と連結させる第1ブリッジ(338a)と、
前記入力端子(332)を前記第2出力端子(336)と連結させる第2ブリッジ(338b)と、
前記入力端子(332)を前記第1出力端子(334)および前記第2出力端子(336)と連結させる第3ブリッジ(338c)とを含み、
前記第1ブリッジ(338a)、前記第2ブリッジ(338b)および前記第3ブリッジ(338c)のいずれか1つが活性化されて、前記高周波発生器(100)と前記電極(200)とを電気的に連結するか、
前記第1ブリッジ(338a)、前記第2ブリッジ(338b)および前記第3ブリッジ(338c)がすべて非活性化されて、前記高周波発生器(100)と前記電極(200)とを電気的に遮断するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記第1ブリッジ(338a)は、
前記第1端子(332a)を前記第3端子(334a)と連結させる第1アクティブブリッジ(338aa)と、
前記第2端子(332b)を前記第4端子(334b)と連結させる第1パッシブブリッジ(338ab)とを含み、
前記第2ブリッジ(338b)は、
前記第1端子(332a)を前記第5端子(336a)と連結させる第2アクティブブリッジ(338ba)と、
前記第2端子(332b)を前記第6端子(336b)と連結させる第2パッシブブリッジ(338bb)とを含み、
前記第3ブリッジ(338c)は、
前記第1端子(332a)を前記第3端子(334a)および前記第5端子(336a)と連結させる第3アクティブブリッジ(338ca)と、
前記第2端子(332b)を前記第4端子(334b)および前記第6端子(336b)と連結させる第3パッシブブリッジ(338cb)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記ボディ(210)の延長方向において、前記第1電極体(220)の長さ(L1)は、前記第2電極体(230)の長さ(L2)と異なって形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高周波熱治療装置。
- 前記電極は、病変部位を焼灼可能な複数の電極体を含み、
各電極体は、互いに対向するアクティブ電極体とパッシブ電極体とを含み、該アクティブ電極体とパッシブ電極体との間の高周波放射によって焼灼可能に形成され、
前記複数の電極体の少なくとも1つが前記スイッチの操作によって前記高周波発生器に電気的に連結可能であり、
前記複数の電極体のうち前記高周波発生器に電気的に連結された電極体の個数に応じて焼灼長さが可変することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記アクティブ電極体は、環状に形成され、
前記パッシブ電極体は、前記アクティブ電極体に平行な環状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の高周波熱治療装置。
