Description
Claims (7)
- 取っ手と、
取っ手から延びる細長いボディと、
病変部位を焼灼するために前記ボディの一部に位置する第1電極体であって、前記ボディの外周面に沿って互いに平行に、螺旋状に巻線される、第1アクティブ電極体と第1パッシブ電極体とを含む、第1電極体と、
病変部位を焼灼するために前記ボディの他部に位置する第2電極体であって、前記ボディの外周面に沿って互いに平行に、螺旋状に巻線される、第2アクティブ電極体と第2パッシブ電極体とを含む、第2電極体と、
高周波電流を発生させる高周波発生器と、
前記高周波発生器を前記複数の電極に接続するための電気回路と、
前記取っ手の上に位置し、前記電気回路を開閉するスイッチとを含み、
前記ボディの延長方向において、前記第1電極体の長さは前記第2電極体の長さと異なっており、
前記スイッチは、
前記高周波発生器に接続された一対の入力端子と、
前記第1アクティブ電極体と前記第1パッシブ電極体にそれぞれ接続された一対の第1出力端子と、
前記第2アクティブ電極体と前記第2パッシブ電極体にそれぞれ接続された一対の第2出力端子と、
前記一対の入力端子を、前記一対の第1出力端子、前記一対の第2出力端子またはその両方に選択的に接続して、前記病変部位の焼灼長さを可変するように構成されたブリッジと、を含み、
前記ブリッジは、互いに連動するように形成されるアクティブブリッジとパッシブブリッジとを含み、前記アクティブブリッジが前記一対の入力端子の一方を前記一対の第1出力端子または前記一対の第2出力端子の一方に接続するように活性化されるとき、前記パッシブブリッジが前記一対の入力端子の他方を前記一対の第1出力端子または前記一対の第2出力端子の他方に接続するように活性化され、前記アクティブブリッジが前記一対の入力端子の一方を、前記一対の第1出力端子または前記一対の第2出力端子の一方と遮断するように非活性化されるとき、前記パッシブブリッジが前記一対の入力端子の他方を、前記一対の第1出力端子または前記一対の第2出力端子の他方と遮断するように非活性化されている、
ことを特徴とする高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記スイッチの操作によって、
前記第1アクティブ電極体と前記第1パッシブ電極体とが前記高周波発生器に電気的に連結されるか、
前記第2アクティブ電極体と前記第2パッシブ電極体とが前記高周波発生器に電気的に連結されるか、または、
前記第1アクティブ電極体、前記第1パッシブ電極体、前記第2アクティブ電極体および前記第2パッシブ電極体が前記高周波発生器に電気的に連結される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記スイッチは、
前記高周波発生器のアクティブ端子から延びる第1端子と、
前記高周波発生器のパッシブ端子から延び、前記第1端子と共に前記一対の入力端子を形成する第2端子と、
前記第1アクティブ電極体から延びる第3端子と、
前記第1パッシブ電極体から延び、前記第3端子と共に前記一対の第1出力端子を形成する第4端子と、
前記第2アクティブ電極体から延びる第5端子と、
前記第2パッシブ電極体から延び、前記第5端子と共に前記一対の第2出力端子を形成する第6端子と、
前記ブリッジは、前記一対の第1出力端子と前記一対の第2出力端子から、前記一対の入力端子を連結するように、または前記一対の入力端子を遮断するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記ブリッジは、
前記一対の入力端子を前記一対の第1出力端子と連結させる第1ブリッジと、
前記一対の入力端子を前記一対の第2出力端子と連結させる第2ブリッジと、
前記一対の入力端子を前記一対の第1出力端子および前記一対の第2出力端子と連結させる第3ブリッジとを含み、
前記第1ブリッジ、前記第2ブリッジおよび前記第3ブリッジのいずれか1つが活性化されて、前記高周波発生器と前記複数の電極とを電気的に連結するか、
前記第1ブリッジ、前記第2ブリッジおよび前記第3ブリッジがすべて非活性化されて、前記高周波発生器と前記複数の電極とを電気的に遮断するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記第1ブリッジは、
前記第1端子を前記第3端子と連結させる第1アクティブブリッジと、
前記第2端子を前記第4端子と連結させる第1パッシブブリッジとを含み、
前記第2ブリッジは、
前記第1端子を前記第5端子と連結させる第2アクティブブリッジと、
前記第2端子を前記第6端子と連結させる第2パッシブブリッジとを含み、
前記第3ブリッジは、
前記第1端子を前記第3端子および前記第5端子と連結させる第3アクティブブリッジと、
前記第2端子を前記第4端子および前記第6端子と連結させる第3パッシブブリッジとを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記第1電極体と前記第2電極体の各々は、互いに対向するアクティブ電極体とパッシブ電極体とを含み、該アクティブ電極体とパッシブ電極体との間の高周波放射によって焼灼可能に形成され、
前記第1電極体と前記第2電極体の少なくとも1つが前記スイッチの操作によって前記高周波発生器に電気的に連結可能であり、
前記複数の電極のうち前記高周波発生器に電気的に連結された電極の個数に応じて焼灼長さが可変することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波熱治療装置。 - 前記アクティブ電極体は、環状を有し、
前記パッシブ電極体は、前記アクティブ電極体に平行な環状を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の高周波熱治療装置。
