Abstract
Description
本出願は、2014年3月11日出願、国際出願第PCT/IB2014/059641号の優先権の利益を主張するものであり、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
図2の構成を有する実施形態を試験し、実質的にコアリングが生じることなく組織を穿刺したことがわかった。また、帯電させたブロッケンブロー針を試験し、穿刺時に組織をコアリングしたことがわかった。試験は、図2の実施形態が、端から見ると、電極の形状に対応するC字形状の穿刺部を切断し、この結果、皮膚の垂れ蓋をもたらし、この垂れ蓋は、電気手術デバイス120を前進させると遠位面104の近位部分によって横にずれ、それによりC字形状穿刺部が拡張されることを明らかにした。
Claims (15)
- 組織を穿刺する電気手術デバイスであって、
流体のための管腔を画定する細長部材と、
電極と遠位面を有する遠位部分と、を備え、
前記遠位面は、少なくとも1つの開口を画定し、
前記遠位面は、少なくとも1つの非切断部分と組織を穿刺するためのエネルギーを送達するように構成された少なくとも1つの切断部分とを含み、前記電極の遠位表面は、前記少なくとも1つの切断部分を構成し、
前記少なくとも1つの切断部分の一部は、前記少なくとも1つの開口の周囲を部分的に囲む先頭部分を形成し、
前記電気手術デバイスの前記遠位部分または前記電極の少なくとも1つの外径は、前記電気手術デバイスの遠位端へ向かって減少する、電気手術デバイス。 - 前記細長部材は、絶縁材により少なくとも部分的に覆われた導電性管状部材を備え、前記細長部材の前記遠位表面の電気的に露出させた部分は、少なくとも1つの切断部分を形成する、請求項1に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非切断部分は、絶縁層を含む、請求項2に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記細長部材の遠位端は、前記少なくとも1つの切断部分の近位にある緩やかな傾斜部を有する、請求項3に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切断部分は、部分的に環状である、請求項3に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非切断部分は、前記緩やかな傾斜部によって少なくとも部分的に画定されている、請求項4に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切断部分は、前記細長い部材の遠位部分の長さに沿って軸方向に延びる切欠きを有する、請求項3に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切断部分は、前記細長い部材の遠位端の断面積よりも小さい断面積を有する、請求項1に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切断部分は、組織内に細長切断部をもたらし、組織のコアリングを回避する、請求項6に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記電気手術デバイスが前記細長切断部を通って前進するにつれて、前記緩やかな傾斜部は、組織を拡張する、請求項9に記載の電気手術デバイス。
- 前記細長い部材の前記遠位部分の長さに沿って軸方向に延びる前記切欠きは、前記絶縁層によって実質的に覆われ、前記少なくとも1つの非切断部分は、前記切欠きが終わる前記細長い部材の遠位表面である、請求項7に記載の電気手術デバイス。

前記少なくとも1つの切断部分を通してエネルギーを送達し、前記少なくとも1つの切断部分に実質的に対応する穿刺部を形成し、
前記細長い部材の段階的な陥凹部分によって前記穿刺部を拡張する、方法。
