方法A:エレクトロスプレー源(極性:陽イオンまたは陰イオン、キャピラリー:3.00kV、コーン:30.00V、抽出器:2.00V、ソース温度:100℃、脱溶媒和温度:250℃、コーンガス流:50L/Hr、脱溶媒和ガス流量:400L/Hr、質量範囲:100〜900Da)を備えるWaters(シングル四重極型質量分光計)製のZQ Mass Spectrometer、ならびに、Waters製のAcquity UPLC(溶剤デガッサ、バイナリポンプ、被加熱カラムコンパートメントおよびダイオード−アレイ検出器においてスペクトルを記録した。カラム:Waters製のUPLC HSS T3、1.8μm、30×2.1mm、温度:60℃、流量0.85mL/min;DAD波長範囲(nm):210〜500)溶剤勾配:A=H2O+5%MeOH+0.05%HCOOH、B=アセトニトリル+0.05%HCOOH)勾配:0分間 10% B;0〜1.2分間 100% B;1.2〜1.50分間 100% B。
式(Vd−37)の化合物(0.48g、1.11mmol)をジオキサン(4.5mL)中に溶解し、水性HCl(1M、1.11mL)を添加し、得られた溶液を室温で4時間撹拌した。飽和NaHCO3水溶液を添加し、続いて、酢酸エチル(30mL)を添加した。5分間激しく撹拌した後、相を分離し、有機画分を塩水で洗浄し、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥させ、減圧下で濃縮して、式(IId−37)の化合物(0.3g、0.97mmol)を得、これをさらに精製することなく次のステップに供した。
添え字を付した化合物の番号に関して、添え字は異なる異性形態を指し、例えばI−49−1およびI−49−2はそれぞれ、化合物I−49のEおよびZ異性体を指す。
低温ストレス下におけるNK Falkone 2015コーン種子の発芽に対する式(I)の化合物の効果を以下のとおり評価した。NK Falkoneコーン種子を、きわめて大きな種子を除くものと、直径8〜9mmの丸孔を有するものとの2つのふるいを用いて大きさにより選別した。後者のふるいにより得られた種子を、発芽テストに用いた。コーン種子を複数の24ウェルプレート(各プレートを、1つの実験のユニットまたは反復実験とみなした)に入れた。化合物を可溶化するために各ウェル当たり0.5%DMSOを含有する250μlの蒸留水を添加して、発芽を惹起した。各処理の特徴付けに、8回の反復実験(すなわち、8枚のプレート)を用いた。プレートを、HJ−BIOANALYTIK製のシールフォイル(Polyolefin Art.Nr.900320)を用いてシールした。全てのプレートを、15℃の気候チャンバ中のトロリー上に水平に置いた。実験は、75%相対湿度の気候チャンバ中において完全に無作為な設計に策定した。72時間後に、15℃で行われる実験のために、シリンジを用いてウェル当たり1つの孔をフォイルにあけた。

R1およびR2は、水素、C1〜C3アルキルおよびC1〜C3アルコキシからなる群から独立して選択され;
Xは、O(R3)またはN(R4R5)であり;
R3は、水素、C1〜C4アルキル、C1〜C4アルケニル、C1〜C4アルキニル、C1〜C4アルコキシ、C1〜C4アルコキシカルボニル、C4〜C7シクロアルキルおよびフェニルからなる群から選択され;
R4およびR5は、水素、C1〜C4アルキル、C1〜C4アルケニル、C1〜C4アルキニル、C1〜C4アルコキシ、C1〜C4アルコキシカルボニル、C4〜C7シクロアルキルおよびフェニルからなる群から独立して選択されるか;または、R4およびR5は結合してヘテロシクロアルキルを形成し;
Yは、OまたはN(R6)であり;
R6は、アリール、または、1〜4個のR7で置換されたアリールであり;
各R7は、ハロゲン、C1〜C6アルコキシ、ヒドロキシル、アミン、N−C1〜C6アルキルアミンおよびN,N−ジ−C1〜C6アルキルアミンからなる群から独立して選択されるか;または、R7は、各々が、ハロゲン、C1〜C4アルキルもしくはC1〜C4アルコキシによって置換されていてもよい、C1〜C6アルキル、C1〜C6アルケニル、C1〜C6アルキニル、C1〜C8アルキルカルボニル、C1〜C8アルコキシカルボニル、C1〜C6シクロアルキル、ヘテロシクロアルキル、アリールおよびヘテロアリールからなる群から選択され;
Zは、結合、CH2、CH2−CH2、CH2−CH2−CH2、(O)−CH2、CH(CH3)2−CH2、酸素および窒素からなる群から選択され;
A1〜A4は、各々、結合、CR8、CR8=CR8、C(R8)2、C(R8)2−C(R8)2、N、NR8、SおよびOからなる群から独立して選択され、ここで、A1〜A4は、これらが結合している原子と一緒になって、4〜7員シクロアルキル、ヘテロシクロアルキル、アリールまたはヘテロアリールを形成し;ならびに
各R8は、水素、ハロゲン、C1〜C4アルキル、C2〜C4アルケニル、C2〜C4アルキニル、C1〜C4アルコキシおよびC1〜C4ハロアルキルからなる群から独立して選択されるか;または、2個のR8基が5〜6員環を形成する)
の化合物またはその塩。 - R1およびR2が、水素、メチル、エチルおよびメトキシからなる群から独立して選択される、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- R1が、メチルであり、R2が、水素またはメチルである、請求項1または2に記載の化合物。
- R2が、メチルである、請求項3に記載の化合物。
- Xが、O(R3)であり、R3が、水素、C1〜C4アルキル、C1〜C4アルケニル、C1〜C4アルキニルおよびC1〜C4アルコキシからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- R3が、水素、メチルおよびエチルからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- Xが、N(R4R5)であり、R4およびR5が、各々水素またはメチルである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- Yが、Oである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- Yが、N−R6であり、R6が、フェニルおよび3,5−ジフルオロメチル−フェニルからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- Zが、結合、CH2、CH2−CH2、O−CH2または酸素である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- A1〜A4が、各々、結合、CR8、N、SおよびOからなる群から独立して選択され、A1〜A4が、これらが結合する原子と一緒になって5〜6員アリールまたはヘテロアリールを形成する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- A1〜A4が、各々、CR8であり、各R8が、水素、ハロゲン、メチル、エチル、メトキシ、エトキシ、フルオロメチルおよびトリフルオロメチルからなる群から独立して選択されるか;または、2個のR8基が、−OCH2O−を介して結合してジオキソラン環を形成する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の化合物および農学的に許容可能な配合補助剤を含む、組成物。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の化合物および更なる活性成分を含む、混合物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の化合物、請求項13に記載の組成物または請求項14に記載の混合物を含む、作物収量増大組成物。
- 非生物的ストレスに対する植物の耐性を向上する、植物の種子発芽を促進する、または植物の成長を制御もしくは向上する方法であって、前記植物、植物部位、植物繁殖体、または植物が成長している生息地に、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の化合物、請求項13に記載の組成物または請求項14に記載の混合物を適用するステップを含む、方法。
