ショアA/アスカーC硬度:ショアA硬度試験は、ASTM D2240に従って実施した。:硬度は、サンプルの表面にわたって測定された5回の読み取り(5秒の待ち時間)の平均であり、70および100℃の両方で40分間熟成した後に再び測定された。
機械的特性:バン発泡体スキン層と発泡層を20インチ/分でASTM D638(引張り、タイプ4)およびASTM D624(引裂き、タイプC)機械的特性試験に供した。試料の厚さは、約3mmであった。スプリット引裂き強さ(split tear strength)は、寸法6インチ(長さ)×1インチ(幅)×0.4インチ(厚さ)およびノッチ深さ1〜1.5インチを有する試験片を用いて、試験速度2インチ/分で測定した。
Claims (11)
- エチレンおよびα−オレフィン、またはプロピレンおよびα−オレフィンを含むオレフィンコポリマーと、
中和されていないカルボキシル化オレフィンコポリマーと、
架橋剤と、
発泡剤と、を含み、前記発泡体組成物が中和されたカルボキシル化エチレンコポリマーを実質的に含まない、発泡体組成物。 - 前記オレフィンコポリマーがオレフィンブロックコポリマーであり、前記発泡体組成物の総重量に基づいて50〜99重量%の量で前記発泡体組成物中に存在する、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記α−オレフィンがオクテンである、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記カルボキシル化オレフィンコポリマーが、前記発泡体組成物の総重量に基づいて0.5〜10重量%の量で前記発泡体組成物中に存在する、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記カルボキシル化オレフィンコポリマーがカルボン酸を含み、前記カルボン酸がアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸である、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記架橋剤が過酸化物であり、前記発泡剤がアゾジカルボンアミドである、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記発泡体組成物から製造された発泡体が45〜90マイクロメートルの平均気泡サイズを有し、前記発泡体が0.14〜0.17g/ccの発泡体密度、ASTM D638により測定した場合2.8〜3.5MPaの引張強度、およびASTM D624により測定した場合1ミリメートル当たり10.5〜13.5ニュートンのタイプC引裂き強さを有する、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 請求項1〜7に記載の発泡体組成物から製造された物品。
- 前記物品が履物である、請求項8に記載の物品。
- エチレンおよびα−オレフィン、またはプロピレンおよびα−オレフィンを含むオレフィンコポリマーと、中和されていないカルボキシル化オレフィンコポリマーと、架橋剤と、発泡剤とを前記発泡体組成物を形成するために混ぜ合わせることであって、前記発泡体組成物が、中和されたカルボキシル化エチレンコポリマーを実質的に含まない、混ぜ合わせることと、
