Claims (12)
- 軸方向に延びる円筒部を有するベースを備え、前記円筒部は径方向外面と前記径方向外面の径方向内側である受容部とを有し、
前記径方向外面に回転自在に係合する偏心アームと、
前記径方向内側の受容部内に配置されたトーションスプリングとを備え、前記トーションスプリングは前記偏心アームに付勢力を与え、
前記偏心アームに軸支されたプーリを
備えるテンショナ。 - 前記プーリがニードルベアリングに軸支される請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記偏心アームと前記プーリと前記トーションスプリングとが、前記偏心アーム、プーリ、トーションスプリングのどれも、軸A−Aに沿って他から軸方向にずれないように、同心的に配置される請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記偏心アームが、ブッシュにより前記ベースに軸支される請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 径方向外面と径方向内側の受容部とを有するベース円筒部と、
前記径方向外面に回転自在に係合する偏心アームと、
前記径方向内側の受容部内に配置されたトーションスプリングとを備え、前記トーションスプリングは前記偏心アームに付勢力を与え、
前記偏心アームに係合し、前記偏心アームの回転に応動して旋回するように配設された細長アームを
備えるテンショナ。 - 前記偏心アームと前記トーションスプリングが、前記偏心アームまたはトーションスプリングのいずれも、軸A−Aに沿って他から軸方向にずれないように、同心的に配置される請求項5に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記偏心アームが、ブッシュにより前記ベースに軸支される請求項5に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記プーリが、ニードルベアリングにより前記偏心アームに軸支される請求項5に記載のテンショナ。
- 軸方向に延びる円筒部を有するベースを備え、前記円筒部は径方向外面と径方向内側に延びる受容部とを有し、
前記径方向外面に回転自在に係合する偏心アームと、
前記径方向内側の受容部内に配置されたトーションスプリングとを備え、前記トーションスプリングは前記偏心アームに付勢力を与え、
前記偏心アームに係合するプーリを備え、
前記偏心アームと前記プーリと前記トーションスプリングとが、前記偏心アーム、プーリまたはトーションスプリングのどれも、軸A−Aに沿って前記偏心アーム、プーリまたはトーションスプリングのいずれからも軸方向にずれないように、同心的に配置される
テンショナ。 - 前記ベースが流体導管をさらに備え、流体を前記ベアリングに導く、請求項9に記載のテンショナ。
