Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 容器と、前記容器に結合されて前記容器を遮断できる蓋と、前記容器と前記蓋の第1側とを連結する繋ぎ部と、を含むチューブの前記蓋を開閉できるチューブ開閉装置であって、
一面に複数の開口部が形成され、前記複数の開口部それぞれに、前記チューブの前記容器が挿入可能なチューブ支持ラックと、
前記チューブ支持ラックの上部に位置し、第1回転軸を中心に回転して、前記チューブの前記第1側と対向する前記蓋の第2側が受け入れられ得る締結溝が形成された開閉部と、
前記開閉部を回転させる駆動部と、を含み、
前記開閉部の回転によって、前記容器から前記蓋を開閉することが可能である、チューブ開閉装置。 - 前記チューブ支持ラックは、
第1方向に延長され、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に互いに離隔した複数の凹部と、
前記複数の凹部の中で、隣接した一対の凹部の間にそれぞれ配置され、前記凹部と並んで前記第1方向に延長される複数の凸部と、を含み、
前記複数の凸部それぞれには、複数の前記開口部が形成される、
請求項1に記載のチューブ開閉装置。 - 前記複数の凹部それぞれは、前記第1方向に沿って互いに離隔して形成された複数の収容溝を含む、請求項2に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記複数の開口部は、前記複数の凸部それぞれに、前記第1方向に並んで配列される、請求項2に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記凸部には、前記複数の開口部それぞれに接し、前記繋ぎ部が受け入れられる安着溝が形成される、請求項4に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記チューブ支持ラックは、前記開閉部の下部から前記第2方向に沿って移動することが可能である、請求項2に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記開閉部は、前記第1方向に沿って延長され、
前記第1回転軸は、前記第1方向と並ぶ、請求項1に記載のチューブ開閉装置。 - 前記開閉部は、板材の形状からなっている、請求項7に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記開閉部の一側端部が折曲げられて、前記締結溝を形成する、請求項8に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記開閉部の一側端部が折曲げられて折曲面を形成し、前記折曲面に前記蓋の一側端部が挿入可能な貫通口が形成された、請求項8に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記駆動部は、
前記第1回転軸に結合される第1ウォームホイールと、
前記第1ウォームホイールと噛み合って回転する第1ウォームギアと、
前記第2方向と並び、前記第1ウォームギアに結合されて前記第1ウォームギアと共に回転する第1駆動軸と、を含む、請求項2に記載のチューブ開閉装置。 - 前記駆動部は、
前記第1駆動軸に結合される第2ウォームホイールと、
前記第2ウォームホイールと噛み合って回転する第2ウォームギアと、
前記第1方向と並び、前記第2ウォームギアに結合されて前記第2ウォームギアと共に回転する第2駆動軸と、をさらに含む、請求項11に記載のチューブ開閉装置。 - 前記駆動部は、
前記第2駆動軸に連結されて、前記第2駆動軸を回転させる動力部をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のチューブ開閉装置。 - 前記動力部は、モーターを含む、請求項13に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記第1ウォームホイール、前記第1ウォームギア及び前記第1駆動軸は、前記開閉部の両側の端部側に配置される、請求項11に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 前記駆動部は、前記開閉部の回転速度を調節することができる、請求項1に記載のチューブ開閉装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の前記チューブ開閉装置と、
前記チューブ開閉装置のチューブ支持ラックに位置する前記チューブの蓋に表示された識別記号を判読する判読装置と、
前記判読装置を通じて得られた情報に基づき、前記チューブそれぞれが前記チューブ支持ラックの決められた位置に位置するかを判断する判断装置と、
前記チューブ支持ラックの前記決められた位置に位置する前記チューブ内のサンプルを、前記チューブ支持ラックと対応するプレートの該当位置に移すピペット装置と、を含む、分注システム。 - 前記判読装置は、光学式文字認識装置(Optical Character Reader)を含む、請求項17に記載の分注システム。
- 前記チューブの前記蓋に前記識別記号を表示する識別記号記録装置をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の分注システム。
- 前記識別記号記録装置は、レーザーを利用して前記識別記号を表示する、請求項19に記載の分注システム。
