Description

Claims (25)
- 内壁用のサンドイッチパネルに使用する火炎遮断材料であって、少なくとも部分的に膨張剤を含浸させた弾性体の多孔質材料を含む、火炎遮断材料。
- 細長い支持材を伴うストリップの形態である、請求項1に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記弾性体の多孔質材料は、発泡体、不織布、および/または繊維体を含み、前記膨張剤を含む含浸剤を備えている、請求項1または2に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記含浸剤は、少なくとも1つの液状媒体と、前記含浸剤の固形成分を前記発泡体材料に結合させるための結合剤とを含み、前記膨張剤は膨張性黒鉛を含む、請求項3に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記含浸剤は、水40〜60%、および/または結合剤25〜35%、および/または膨張性黒鉛15〜25%の割合を有する、請求項4に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記液状媒体は水であるか、もしくは水を含有し、および/または前記液状媒体は溶媒、特に有機溶媒を含有する、請求項4または5に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記結合剤はアクリル系結合剤である、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記含浸剤はリン酸含有化合物を含有する、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記リン酸含有化合物はリン酸塩、好ましくはポリリン酸塩である、請求項8に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記ポリリン酸塩はポリリン酸アンモニウムである、請求項9に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記弾性体の多孔質材料は、10〜100孔/リニアインチ(ppi)、好ましくは20〜80ppiの間隙率を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記弾性体の多孔質材料は、網状発泡体材料、好ましくは網状PU柔軟発泡体である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 前記弾性体の多孔質材料は発泡体を含み、前記発泡体は、2000μm〜7000μm、好ましくは3000μm〜6000μm、特に好ましくは3400μm〜5600μmのセルサイズを有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の火炎遮断材料。
- 隙間を画定する2枚の平行なボードを含む、建物の内壁用のパネルであって、前記隙間には、火炎遮断材料を含む断熱材が充填され、前記火炎遮断材料は、膨張剤を少なくとも部分的に含浸させた弾性体の多孔質材料を含む、パネル。
- 前記断熱材は前記火炎遮断材料から構成される、請求項14に記載のパネル。
- 前記膨張剤は、黒鉛、ポリリン酸塩、メラミン、ペンタエリトリトール、二酸化チタン、およびバーミキュライト断熱材、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項14または15に記載のパネル。
- 前記膨張剤は黒鉛を含む、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記膨張剤は黒鉛およびポリリン酸アンモニウムを含む、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記弾性体の多孔質材料は、連続気泡発泡体または不織布材料を含む、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記弾性体の多孔質材料は、ポリウレタン(PU)連続気泡発泡体を含む、請求項14〜19のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記弾性体の多孔質材料の、前記膨張剤に対する重量比は、1:0.2〜1:6、好ましくは1:1〜1:3である、請求項14〜20のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記火炎遮断材料の少なくとも1つの主面は、煙を透過させないコーティングを含む、請求項14〜21のいずれか1項に記載のパネル
- 前記ボードの一方または両方は石膏ボードである、請求項14〜22のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 隙間を画定する2枚の平行なボードを含む建物の内壁であって、火炎遮断材料が前記隙間を充填し、前記火炎遮断材料が、膨張剤を含浸させた弾性体の多孔質材料を含む、建物の内壁。
- 建物の内壁を貫通する敷設貫通部を設ける方法であって、
− 建物の内壁を提供するステップであって、前記壁の少なくとも一部が、2枚のボードと、前記ボードの間に配設された火炎遮断材料とを含み、前記火炎遮断材料は、膨張剤を含浸させた弾性体の多孔質材料を含む、ステップと、
− 前記敷設貫通部の位置で前記ボードを切り取って、前記火炎遮断材料を露出させるステップと、
− 露出した前記火炎遮断材料を切り開くステップと、
− 敷設要素を前記火炎遮断材料に貫通させて押込み、前記壁の一方の側から他方の側へ横断させるステップと、
