Claims (7)
- 木造建築物の防火区画体に形成された貫通部、又は木造建築物の耐火構造材に形成された貫通部を耐火被覆する貫通部の耐火被覆構造であって、
前記貫通部の内周面を覆って、筒状耐火被覆材が前記貫通部に取り付けられており、前記筒状耐火被覆材は、複数の石膏ボード片を、厚さ方向に積層した状態で接合一体化することにより筒状に形成されている貫通部の耐火被覆構造。 - 複数の前記石膏ボード片は、環状の石膏ボード片となっている請求項1記載の貫通部の耐火被覆構造。
- 複数の前記石膏ボード片の各々は、厚さが9.5mm〜25.5mmの石膏ボードから切り出されたものとなっている請求項1又は2記載の貫通部の耐火被覆構造。
- 複数の前記石膏ボード片は、留め金具を用いて互いに固定されることにより積層した状態で接合一体化されて、前記筒状耐火被覆材を形成している請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の貫通部の耐火被覆構造。
- 前記石膏ボード片は、円環形状の石膏ボード片となっており、前記筒状耐火被覆材は、円筒形状の耐火被覆材となっている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の貫通部の耐火被覆構造。
- 前記耐火構造材は、荷重支持層となる構造用部材と、該構造用部材の表面を覆って配置されて燃え代層となる被覆部材とを含んで構成されており、前記貫通部は、前記構造用部材と前記被覆部材との境目部と交差して貫通形成されており、前記石膏ボード片を積層して形成されている前記筒状耐火被覆材は、積層方向に隣接する前記石膏ボード片の接合部を、前記構造用部材と前記被覆部材との境目部、又は該境目部と近接する部分に配置した状態で、前記貫通部に挿通されて取り付けられている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の貫通部の耐火被覆構造。
- 前記耐火構造材は、耐火梁となっており、該耐火梁は、荷重支持層となる構造用部材と、該構造用部材の両側の側面を覆って配置されて燃え代層となる一対の被覆部材とを含んで構成されており、前記貫通部は、前記構造用部材と前記被覆部材との2箇所の境目部と交差して貫通形成されており、前記石膏ボード片を積層して形成されている前記筒状耐火被覆材は、積層方向に隣接する前記石膏ボード片の2箇所の接合部を、2箇所の前記構造用部材と前記被覆部材との境目部、又は該境目部と近接する部分に各々配置した状態で、前記貫通部に挿通されて取り付けられている請求項6記載の貫通部の耐火被覆構造。
