Abstract
Description
上部金型3と下部金型4からなり、上部金型3に取り付けられたポンチが下部金型4の上部で順次移送されるストリップ100Aをピアス加工及びブランキング加工を通してラミナー部材101の各一杖を形成して積層する積層コア製造装置において、
前記ブランキング加工のためのブランキングダイ11の下部に設けられたスクイーズリング201;
前記スクイーズリング201の外部に設けられた加熱手段202;及び
前記スクイーズリング201と前記加熱手段202が設けられ、前記スクイーズリング201と前記加熱手段202とともに一定ピッチほど回転する回転ダイ203;
をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする。
前記回転電極205は、前記加熱手段202と電気的に繋がって、前記回転電極205と前記回転電極の外側に設けられた固定電極206が互いに電気的に接続されると、前記加熱手段202に電気を供給するようにしても良い。
Claims (5)
- 上部金型3と下部金型4からなり、上部金型3に取り付けられたポンチが下部金型4の上部で順次移送されるストリップ100Aをピアス加工及びブランキング加工を通してラミナー部材101の各一杖を形成して積層する積層コア製造装置において、
前記ブランキング加工のためのブランキングダイ11の下部に設けられたスクイーズリング201;
前記スクイーズリング201の外部に設けられた加熱手段202;及び
前記スクイーズリング201と前記加熱手段202が設けられ、前記スクイーズリング201と前記加熱手段202とともに一定ピッチほど回転する回転ダイ203;
をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする加熱接着式回転積層コアの製造装置。 - 前記回転ダイ203の外側に設けられるリング状の回転電極205をさらに含み、
前記回転電極205は、前記加熱手段202と電気的に繋がって、前記回転電極205と前記回転電極の外側に設けられた固定電極206が互いに電気的に接続されると、前記加熱手段202に電気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱接着式回転積層コアの製造装置。 - 前記ブランキングダイ11の下部には前記加熱手段202で発生する熱を遮断するための放熱パッド208が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱接着式回転積層コアの製造装置。
- 前記積層コアは、前記回転ダイ203の下部に位置する内径加熱装置300によってその下部が支持され、外部へ取り出されること特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱接着式回転積層コアの製造装置。
- 前記回転ダイ203の外周面に設けられた回転駆動部材207をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱接着式回転積層コアの製造装置。
