Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- コンピューティングシステムであって:
新たな粉体の1次供給量、リサイクル粉体の1次供給量、新たな粉体の2次供給量、およびリサイクル粉体の2次供給量を含む、粉体資源に関する情報を記憶するストレージ;
3Dプリンター;および
プロセッサを含み、プロセッサは
印刷ジョブの組に基づいて、3Dプリンターによる新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体の使用およびリサイクル粉体の生成を予測し;そして
粉体の予測および粉体資源に関する記憶された情報に基づいて、1次的粉体供給源および2次的粉体供給源の間での新たな粉体資源およびリサイクル粉体資源を管理する、コンピューティングシステム。 - 第2の3Dプリンターをさらに含み、プロセッサはさらに、3Dプリンターおよび第2の3Dプリンターの間における2次的粉体供給源からの新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体を管理する、請求項1のコンピューティングシステム。
- 新たな粉体資源を管理することは:
記憶された情報に基づいて、予測された量の新たな粉体が新たな粉体の1次的供給源において利用可能であるどうかを決定し;そして
利用可能でない場合に:取り出すべき新たな粉体供給物の量、および予測された量の新たな粉体に合致する新たな粉体の2次的供給源の少なくとも1つを決定することを含む、請求項1のコンピューティングシステム。 - プロセッサはさらに、記憶された粉体資源情報を更新し、使用に基づいて新たな粉体の供給量およびリサイクル粉体の供給量を減少させ、新たな粉体の使用から生成されるリサイクル粉体に基づいてリサイクル粉体の供給量を増大させる、請求項1のコンピューティングシステム。
- 印刷ジョブの組の順序を更新して2次的供給源から取り出される粉体の量を変化させることをさらに含む、請求項1のコンピューティングシステム。
- 予測に基づき、印刷ジョブの組の中の印刷ジョブにおける新たな粉体対リサイクル粉体の比率を更新することをさらに含む、請求項1のコンピューティングシステム。
- 新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体の使用およびリサイクル粉体の生成の少なくとも1つを予測することは、過去の印刷ジョブからのデータを使用するシミュレーションに基づく、請求項1のコンピューティングシステム。
- プロセッサにより、3D印刷ジョブについて使用される新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体の量を決定し;
3D印刷ジョブに先立ってスケジュールされた印刷ジョブに基づいて、利用可能な新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体の量を予測し;そして
決定された量に対する予測された量に関する情報に基づいて、粉体資源を管理することを含む、方法。 - 3D印刷ジョブより以前にスケジュールされた印刷ジョブの後に残存している利用可能なリサイクル粉体の量を決定することをさらに含む、請求項8の方法。
- 決定された量に比較された予測に基づいて、2次的粉体供給源から3Dプリンターへと動かされるリサイクル粉体および新たな粉体の少なくとも1つの量を決定することをさらに含む、請求項8の方法。
- 3D印刷ジョブについて使用される新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体の量は、以前の印刷ジョブおよび関連する粉体の使用量に基づいて決定される、請求項8の方法。
- 印刷ジョブおよびその印刷ジョブより以前にスケジュールされた印刷ジョブの少なくとも1つを再スケジュールして、再スケジュールされた印刷ジョブの実行時に利用可能な新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体の少なくとも1つの量を変更することをさらに含む、請求項8の方法。
- 機械読み取り可能な非一時的記憶媒体であって、プロセッサによって実行可能な命令を含み、プロセッサに:
3D印刷ジョブの組に基づいて、新たな粉体の使用、リサイクル粉体の使用、およびリサイクル粉体の生成を予測させ;そして
この予測に基づいて、複数の3Dプリンターの間での新たな粉体およびリサイクル粉体の1次的資源および2次的資源を統合調節させる、機械読み取り可能な非一時的記憶媒体。 - 予測に基づいて、2次的供給源から1次的供給源へと移送される粉体の量を決定する命令をさらに含む、請求項13の機械読み取り可能な非一時的記憶媒体。
- 予測に基づいて、3D印刷ジョブの組をスケジュールする命令をさらに含む、請求項13の機械読み取り可能な非一時的記憶媒体。
