Abstract
Description
(Pb1-(a・2/m)Mma・2/m)1-y(Zr1-x-(b・4/n)TixNnb・4/n)yO3
を備える。ここで、Mmは、それぞれの原子価mの1つ以上のドーピングMを表し、Nnはそれぞれの原子価nの1つ以上のドーピングNを表す。さらに、次式が成り立つ:0≦a≦0.1; 0<b≦0.2; 0.2≦x≦0.8及び0.4 ≦y≦0.6
A)出発材料Pb、Zr及びTiと、ドーピング元素Mn及びCu並びに場合によっては付加的なドーピング元素と、を準備する。
B)出発混合物の製造のために、出発材料とドーピング元素とを混合し、粉末化にする。
C)セラミック材料を得るために、出発混合物を硬質PZTセラミックスへと焼結する。

Claims (18)
- 一般構造ABO3の硬質チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛(PZT)セラミックスであって、BサイトへのMnのドーピング、及び追加的に、Aサイト及び/又はBサイトへのCuのドーピングを備える、ことを特徴とするPZTセラミックス。
- 前記Aサイトは、Na,K,Ag,Nd,La,Ba,Sr,Ca又はBiの、好ましくはNa及び/又はKの、少なくとも1つの別のドーピングを備える、請求項1に記載のPZTセラミックス。
- 前記Bサイトは、Fe,Nb,Zn,Ge,Sn,Al,Ga又はSbの、好ましくはNbの、少なくとも1つの別のドーピングを備える、請求項1または2に記載のPZTセラミックス。
- 前記Aサイト及び/又は前記Bサイトへの前記ドーピングは、1.0at%までのCu、好ましくは0.05〜0.1at%のCuを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のPZTセラミックス。
- 前記Bサイトへの前記ドーピングは、5.0at%までのMn、好ましくは2.0〜3.0at%のMnを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のPZTセラミックス。
- 前記セラミックスは、一般構造式
(Pb1-(a・2/m)Mma・2/m)1-y(Zr1-x-(b・4/n)TixNnb・4/n)yO3
を備え、その際、Mmはそれぞれの原子価mの1つ以上のドーピングを表し、Nnはそれぞれの原子価nの1つ以上のドーピングを表し、次式が成り立つ、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のPZTセラミックス。
0≦a≦0.1; 0<b≦0.2; 0.2≦x≦0.8及び0.4≦y≦0.6 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の硬質チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛(PZT)セラミックスを含むセラミック材料の製造のための方法であって、以下のステップを含む:
A)出発材料Pb、Zr及びTiと、ドーピング元素Mn及びCu並びに場合によっては付加的なドーピング元素と、を準備する。
B)出発混合物の製造のために、前記出発材料と前記ドーピング元素とを混合し、粉末化にする。
C)前記セラミック材料を得るために、前記出発混合物を前記硬質PZTセラミックスへと焼結する。 - 前記ドーピング元素のうち少なくとも1つ、特にCu又は存在する場合はAgが、前記出発混合物中に、前記硬質PZTセラミックス中の前記ドーピング元素の比率に関して当量比を超える比率で存在する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ステップC)が、前記ドーピング元素のうち少なくとも1つの原子価が変わり得る焼結雰囲気において実施される、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- ステップC)において、前記ドーピング元素のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも一部が金属に還元される、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質PZTセラミックス、及び、前記硬質PZTセラミックス中に分散された金属の析出物、例えば金属の微粒子を含む、請求項10に記載の方法によって得られるセラミック材料。
- 前記金属の微粒子は、前記ドーピング元素のうちの少なくとも1つを遊離状態で、特に遊離状態の銅または遊離状態の銀を含む、請求項11に記載のセラミック材料。
- セラミック成分と金属成分を含むセラミック化合物であって、前記セラミック成分は請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の硬質チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛(PZT)セラミックスを含み、前記金属成分は、前記硬質チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛(PZT)セラミックス中にも金属に還元された形態で含まれるドーピング元素を含む、セラミック化合物。
- 重なり合ったセラミックス層と、その間にある少なくとも2つの電極層とから成る積層を含む、モノリシックな多層構造の電子セラミック部品、特にトランスであって、前記電極層は遊離状態の銅を含み、前記セラミックス層は請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の硬質PZTセラミックス、又は、請求項11に記載のセラミック材料、又は、請求項13に記載のセラミック化合物を含む、電子セラミック部品。
- 前記積層の1つのセラミックス層が、電極層に接している部分領域と、前記セラミックス層に接している電極層から1.5mmより大きく、特に2mmより大きく又は4mmより大きく隔たっている更に離れた部分領域とを備える、請求項14に記載の電子セラミック部品。
- 前記電極層に接している部分領域と前記更に離れた部分領域との間のCu含有量の差異は10%以下である、請求項15に記載の電子セラミック部品。
- 前記セラミックス層は1つの主面を備え、当該主面は、50〜150mm好ましくは70〜100mmの長さ、及び/又は、4〜25mm好ましくは6〜18mmの幅を有する、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の圧電部品。
- 1つのセラミックス層の前記主面の最大75%、特に最大60%又は最大50%が、1つの電極層によって覆われている、請求項17に記載の圧電部品。
