Abstract
Description
[0047] 開示されたシステムは、任意の所望の断面形状および長さを有する複合構造物を連続的に製造するために使用されてもよい。複合構造物は、同じまたは異なるタイプのおよび同じまたは異なる直径の任意の数の異なる繊維を含んでもよい。さらに、複合構造物を作製するために使用される織りパターンは、構造物の製造中に動的に変更されてもよい。次にシステム10の動作について詳細に記載する。
Claims (33)
- 製造システム用のヘッドであって、
少なくとも1つの連続繊維で強化されかつ3次元軌道を有する管状構造物を吐出するように構成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに動作可能に接続され、吐出中に前記管状構造物中の液体マトリックスを硬化するように構成された硬化促進部と、
充填材料を前記管状構造物内に吐出するように構成されたノズルと、
前記ハウジングから前記ノズルに延びるワンドと
を備えるヘッド。 - 前記硬化促進部が前記液体マトリックスを前記管状構造物の内側から硬化するように配置される、請求項1に記載のヘッド。
- 前記硬化促進部が前記ハウジングの内側にかつ前記管状構造物の吐出方向を基準として前記ノズルの上流に位置する、請求項2に記載のヘッド。
- 前記ワンドと反対側の前記ノズルの端部に位置し、前記充填材料を硬化するように構成された少なくとも第2の硬化促進部をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のヘッド。
- 少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジングの内側に位置し、前記管状構造物を半径方向外向きにそらすように構成されたダイバータをさらに含み、前記硬化促進部が少なくとも部分的に前記ダイバータの内側に位置する、請求項1に記載のヘッド。
- 前記管状構造物の外側の位置で前記ヘッドから前記ノズルに亘って延在する外部シールドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のヘッド。
- 前記管状構造物の内側で前記ヘッドから前記ワンドに亘って延在する内部シールドをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のヘッド。
- 前記外部シールド、ノズルおよびワンドが、前記ハウジングに別個に組み付けられ接続可能な、交換可能なアタッチメントを共に形成する、請求項6に記載のヘッド。
- 前記ノズルがディスク状であり、周囲に配置された複数のオリフィスを含み、前記複数のオリフィスが前記充填材料を前記管状構造物の内壁に向けて吐出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のヘッド。
- 前記ワンドの端部と流体連通する中央ダイバータと、
前記中央ダイバータから前記複数のオリフィスへ延在する複数の半径方向通路と
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のヘッド。 - 前記複数のオリフィスが、前記複数のオリフィスから吐出される前記充填材料が合体して前記管状構造物の内側に環状層を形成するように配置される、請求項9に記載のヘッド。
- 前記複数のオリフィスが、前記複数のオリフィスから吐出される前記充填材料が前記管状構造物の内側に複数の軸方向に向けられた隆起部を形成するように配置される、請求項9に記載のヘッド。
- 前記ノズルが、前記複数の軸方向に向けられた隆起部が前記管状構造物に対してらせん状になるように前記充填材料の吐出中に回転するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のヘッド。
- 前記ノズルが、前記充填材料のコーティングを前記管状構造物の内壁に噴霧するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のヘッド。
- 前記管状構造物の外側に位置し、前記充填材料の吐出中に、前記ノズルを前記管状構造物内で中心に置くように構成されたセンタリング装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のヘッド。
- 複合構造物を連続的に製造するためのシステムであって、
前記複合構造物の製造中に複数の方向に移動するように構成された支持体と、
前記支持体に結合されたヘッドであって、
少なくとも1つの連続繊維で強化されかつ3次元軌道を有する管状構造物を吐出するように構成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内側に位置し、吐出中に前記管状構造物中の液体マトリックスを前記管状構造物の内側から硬化するように構成された第1の硬化促進部と、
充填材料を前記管状構造物内に吐出するように構成されたノズルと、
前記ハウジングから前記ノズルに延びるワンドと、
前記ワンドと反対側の前記ノズルの端部に位置し、前記充填材料を硬化するように構成された第2の硬化促進部と
を含むヘッドと
を備えるシステム。 - 少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジングの内側に位置し、前記管状構造物を半径方向外向きにそらすように構成されたダイバータをさらに含み、前記第1の硬化促進部が少なくとも部分的に前記ダイバータの内側に位置する、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記管状構造物の外側の位置で前記ヘッドから前記ノズルに亘って延在する外部シールドと、
前記管状構造物の内側の位置で前記ヘッドから前記ワンドに亘って延在する状態で配置された内部シールドと
をさらに含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。 - 前記外部シールド、内部シールド、ノズルおよびワンドが、前記ハウジングに別個に組み付けられかつ接続可能な、交換可能なアタッチメントである、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記ノズルが、概ねディスク状であり、
前記ノズルが、
周囲に配置された複数のオリフィスであって、前記充填材料を前記管状構造物の内壁に向けて吐出するように構成された複数のオリフィスと、
前記ワンドの端部と流体連通する中央ダイバータと、
前記ダイバータから前記複数のオリフィスへ延在する複数の半径方向通路と
を含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数のオリフィスが、前記複数のオリフィスから吐出される前記充填材料が前記管状構造物の内側に環状層を形成するように配置される、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のオリフィスが、前記複数のオリフィスから吐出される前記充填材料が前記管状構造物の内側に複数の軸方向に向けられた隆起部を形成するように配置される、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヘッドを前記支持体に接続する駆動装置をさらに含み、前記駆動装置は、前記複数の軸方向に向けられた隆起部が前記管状構造物に対してらせん状になるように前記充填材料の吐出中に前記ノズルを回転するように構成されている、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記ノズルが、前記管状構造物の内壁に対して前記充填材料のコーティングを噴霧するように構成されている、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 複合構造物を連続的に製造する方法であって、
繊維をマトリックスで連続的に被覆すること、
管状構造物を形成するために前記マトリックス被覆繊維を半径方向外向きに非繊維軸からそらすこと、
前記管状構造物に3次元軌道を作り出すこと、
前記管状構造物の内側から前記管状構造物を硬化すること、および
前記管状構造物内に充填材料を吐出すること
を含む方法。 - 前記管状構造物を硬化することが、前記充填材料が前記管状構造物に吐出される場所の上流の位置で前記管状構造物を硬化することを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料を硬化することをさらに含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記管状構造物を環境から外部から遮蔽することをさらに含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記管状構造物を前記環境から内部から遮蔽することをさらに含む、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料を前記管状構造物内に吐出することが、前記充填材料を前記管状構造物の中心から半径方向外向きに前記管状構造物の内壁に仕向け、前記管状構造物の内側に環状層を形成することを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料を前記管状構造物内に吐出することが、前記充填材料を前記管状構造物の中心から半径方向外向きに前記管状構造物の内壁に仕向け、前記管状構造物の内側に複数の軸方向に向けられた隆起部を形成することを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料を前記管状構造物内に吐出することが、前記複数の軸方向に向けられた隆起部を前記管状構造物に対してらせん状にすることをさらに含む、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料を前記管状構造物内に吐出することが、前記充填材料のコーティングを前記管状構造物の内壁に噴霧することを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
