Claims (12)
- ミクロンオーダの粒子についての高いろ過効率及びろ過媒体の高い透過性を必要とするろ過用途において使用するための、また、音響及び電子製品、特に、マイクロフォン及びスピーカ内のサブコンポーネントとして使用するための複合多層ろ過構造であって、少なくとも第1のポリマーナノ多孔質膜の層及び少なくとも第2の合成単繊維精密織物の層を備え、前記第1のポリマーナノ多孔質膜層は、前記第2の精密織物層に結合され、それにより、一体ろ過媒体を提供し、前記一体ろ過媒体は、たとえ1〜2μmであってもその粒子のまた加圧液体の前記一体ろ過媒体を通る流れを防止するように適合されることを特徴とする、複合構造。
- 前記少なくとも第1のポリマーナノ多孔質膜層及び前記少なくとも第2の合成単繊維精密織物層は、結合方法であって、積層法、反応性ポリウレタン(PU)法、超音波(US)法、及び他の従来の積層法から選択される、結合方法によって結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 適切に輪郭付けられた2つの両面接着性ポリマーストリップ要素で積層されて、複合構造が、保護される音響コンポーネントにまたモバイルフォン、タブレット、コンピュータ等の電子デバイスの外側ケーシングに、ガスケットによって、接着される/組立てられることを可能にしながら、複合構造のアクティブ部分において複合構造の発汗特性を保持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 複合構造において、前記膜は、前記加圧液体の流入方向に向くように結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1及び2に記載の複合構造。
- 前記ナノ多孔質膜の前記層は、前記合成単繊維織物に、前記織物の両面で結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 前記ナノ多孔質膜の前記層は、前記合成単繊維織物の2つの層の間に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 前記合成単繊維精密織物は、2000μm〜5μmの開口範囲の、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、PEEK、PVDF、PTFE、から選択される材料で作られる正方形メッシュまたは開口精密織物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 前記第1のナノ多孔質膜層は、PTFE及びPTFEの派生物、PVDF、PA6、PA6/12、ポリアラミド、PUR、PES、PVA、PVAC、PAN、PEO、PS、導電性ポリマー、及び/または、キトサン、ケラチン、コラーゲン、ペプチド等から選択されるバイオポリマーから選択される、100μm〜3μmのメッシュ開口範囲のポリマー材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 前記第1のナノ多孔質膜層は、位相反転、エレクトロスピニング、電気機械的伸張から選択されるによって作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 前記結合は、反応性ホットメルト結合、熱可塑性積層、ホット積層、超音波積層から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 複合構造において、前記織物は、ePTFE膜によってコーティングされたポリエステル織物であり、前記織物は、85μmのメッシュ開口;60%の開口面積;90スレッド/cmのセンチメートル密度;24μmのスレッド径;透気度<10000l/m2s@200Pa;CA Fibrodat>100°を有し、前記ePTFE膜は、8μmの厚さ、30l/m2s@200Paの透気度、及び0.3〜0.5μmの孔サイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
- 携帯電話の従来のマイクロフォンと従来のスピーカとの間に配置されると、1.5dBより小さい、挿入損失による音響減衰または損失を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造。
