Claims (9)
- ミクロンオーダの粒子のろ過効率及びろ過媒体の透過性を必要とするろ過用途に使用するための、また、音響及び電子製品、マイクロフォン及びスピーカ内のサブコンポーネントとして使用するための複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法であって、少なくとも第1のポリマーナノ多孔質膜層及び少なくとも第2の合成単繊維精密織物層を備え、前記第1のポリマーナノ多孔質膜層をポリマーフィルムの熱機械的伸張によって作り、その後、前記第1のポリマーナノ多孔質膜層を、前記第2の合成単繊維精密織物層に積層法によって結合し、それにより、1~2μmの粒子の、また加圧液体の通過を防止するように適合される一体ろ過媒体を提供することを特徴とする、複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記複合多層ろ過構造において、前記ポリマーナノ多孔質膜層の膜は、結合面が前記加圧液体の流入方向と直角方向を向くように結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーナノ多孔質膜層は、前記合成単繊維精密織物層に、前記合成単繊維精密織物層の両面で結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーナノ多孔質膜層は、2つの前記合成単繊維精密織物層の間に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記合成単繊維精密織物層は、2000μm~5μmの開口範囲の、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリビニリデンフルオライト(PVDF)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、から選択される材料で作られる正方形メッシュ開口を有する合成単繊維精密織物層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記第1のポリマーナノ多孔質膜層は、PTFE及びPTFEの誘導体、PVDF、ナイロン6(PA6)、ナイロン612(PA6/12)、ポリアラミド、ポリウレタン樹脂(PUR)、ポリエーテルサルホン(PES)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリ酢酸ビニル(PVAC)、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、ポリスチレン(PS)、導電性ポリマー、及び/または、キトサン、ケラチン、コラーゲン、ペプチドから選択されるバイオポリマーから選択される、100nm~3μmのメッシュ開口範囲のポリマー材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記結合は、ホットメルト結合、熱可塑性結合、ホットカップリング、超音波結合から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記複合多層ろ過構造において、前記合成単繊維精密織物層の織物は、延伸PTFE(ePTFE)膜によってコーティングされたポリエステル織物であり、前記織物は、85μmのメッシュ開口;60%の開口面積;90スレッド/cmのセンチメートル密度;24μmのスレッド径;透気度<10000l/m2s@200Pa;接触角(CA)(Fibrodatによる)>100°を有し、前記ePTFE膜は、8μmの厚さ、30l/m2s@200Paの透気度、及び0.3~0.5μmの孔サイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
- 前記複合多層ろ過構造は、携帯電話のマイクロフォンとスピーカとの間に配置されると、1.5dBより小さい音響減衰または損失を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合多層ろ過構造の製造方法。
