Abstract

Um construto de filtragem compósito multicamada para uso em aplicações de filtragem requerendo uma alta eficiência de filtragem de partículas na ordem de micra e uma alta permeabilidade do médio de filtragem, e para o uso como um sub-componente em produtos acústicos e eletrônicos, em particular microfones e caixas de som, compreende pelo menos uma primeira camada de membrana polimérica nano porosa e pelo menos uma segunda camada de um tecido sintético de precisão monofilamentar, a primeira camada de membrana polimérica nano porosa sendo acoplada à segunda camada de tecido sintético de precisão monofilamentar, provendo assim um médio filtrante integral adaptado a prevenir a passagem de partículas de até 1-2 µm e de líquidos pressurizados através de si.
