Claims (15)
- 膨張弁及びタイヤ圧監視システムセンサのための取付ステムであって、
遠位端と近位端とを有する中空ステムであって、前記ステムは、前記近位端に形成され、ホイールリムを係合するための遠位側に面するドーム肩部を画定する拡張したドームを含み、前記ドームは、前記ドーム肩部から近位側に延びるドーム高さを有する、中空ステムを含み、
前記ステムは、前記遠位端から長手方向軸線に沿って前記拡張したドーム内に部分的に延在する長手方向穴を含み、前記ステムは、前記長手方向穴と前記拡張したドームの外側表面を連通させる複数の横方向穴を更に含み、前記横方向穴は、前記ドーム高さの少なくとも25%の横方向穴径を有し、
前記拡張したドームは、その中に画定されたねじ込みTPMS取付穴を含む、取付ステム。 - 各横方向穴が、前記ドーム肩部に対してよりも前記近位端に対して、より近くに位置する横方向穴軸線を有する、請求項1に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記複数の横方向穴が、3つの横方向穴を含む、請求項1に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記横方向穴のうち対応する2つが、前記拡張したドーム内で貫通孔として形成される、請求項3に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記横方向穴径のそれぞれが、前記長手方向穴の長手方向穴径の少なくとも50%である、請求項1に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記ステム上に画定され、前記ステムの少なくとも一部に沿って延在する外側螺旋ねじ山を更に含み、前記外側螺旋ねじ山は止めナットを螺合受容するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記ホイールリムを係合する前記ドーム肩部と、
前記ステムの前記外側螺旋ねじ山の上に螺合され、それによって前記取付ステムを前記ホイールリムに保持する前記止めナットと、を更に含む、請求項6に記載の取付ステム。 - 前記ステム上に画定され、前記長手方向穴の少なくとも一部に沿って延在する内側螺旋ねじ山を更に含み、前記内側螺旋ねじ山は前記膨張弁を螺合受容するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記膨張弁の一部が前記長手方向穴に保持されるように前記内側螺旋ねじ山に螺合する前記膨張弁を更に含む、請求項8に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記ねじ込みTPMS取付穴に螺合保持される前記タイヤ圧監視システムセンサを更に含む、請求項1に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記ホイールリムを係合する前記ドーム肩部と、
前記ステムに締結され、それによって前記取付ステムを前記ホイールリムに保持する止めナットと、
前記ねじ込みTPMS取付穴内で前記拡張したドームに締結される前記タイヤ圧監視システムセンサと、
前記長手方向穴内で前記ステムに締結される前記膨張弁と、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の取付ステム。 - 膨張弁及びタイヤ圧監視システムセンサのための取付ステムであって、
遠位端と近位端とを有する中空ステムであって、前記ステムは、前記近位端に形成され、ホイールリムを係合するための遠位側に面するドーム肩部を画定する拡張したドームを含み、前記ドームは、前記ドーム肩部から前記近位端まで近位側に延びるドーム高さを有する、中空ステムを含み、
前記ステムは、前記遠位端から長手方向軸線に沿って前記拡張したドーム内に部分的に延在する長手方向穴を含み、前記ステムは、前記長手方向穴と前記拡張したドームの外側表面を連通させる複数の横方向穴を更に含み、前記横方向穴は、前記ドーム肩部に対してよりも前記近位端に対してより近くにあり、
前記拡張したドームは、その中に画定されたねじ込みTPMS取付穴を含む、取付ステム。 - 前記複数の横方向穴が、3つの横方向穴を含む、請求項12に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記横方向穴のうち対応する2つが、前記拡張したドーム内で貫通孔として形成される、請求項13に記載の取付ステム。
- 前記横方向穴径のそれぞれが、前記長手方向穴の長手方向穴径の少なくとも50%である、請求項12に記載の取付ステム。
