WO99/10401A1は、2から3の範囲で官能基を有するポリイソシアネートと1.5から2.5の範囲で官能基を有する水素化ポリブタジエンポリオールとを反応させることにより得ることができるポリウレタン、及び水素化の前に30から70重量%の1,2−ビニル成分を含む、構造物の接着剤組成物を開示している。NCO:OHのモル比は、1.05から1.6までの範囲である。
WO2009/056284A1は、第一の芝カーペットの後方に、低温であっても急速に架橋する2又は3成分のポリウレタン生成物を噴霧し、コンパクトで可塑性であり、均一かつ気泡を包含しないコーティング接着剤のフィルムを得ることからなる、人工草を製造するための方法を開示しており、改善された化学又は水耐性を有し、芝が第一の織物に対し強固に結合している。
GB2313128Aは、有機イソシアネートと少なくとも2つのイソシアネート反応性水素を有する疎水性化合物、長鎖炭化水素及びそれらの混合物、場合により他の成分との反応生成物である、耐汚染性のポリウレタンを開示している。該ポリウレタンは、天然において疎水性である。該耐汚染性のポリウレタンは、所望の硬さに調整される。
特開2006−096912号公報は、2パック硬化型ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を開示している。該組成物は、ポリブタジエンポリオールを10から60質量%で含むポリオール(a)とポリイソシアネート(b)との反応によって得られるウレタンプレポリマー(A)と、イソシアヌレート基含有ポリイソシアネート(B)、及びポリブタジエンポリオールを10から50質量%の量で含有するポリオール(C)を含有する硬化剤を含有する第1剤を含む。第1剤に含まれるイソシアネート基に対する硬化剤に含まれるヒドロキシル基のモル比(NCO/OH)は、0.8から1.05である。

繊維の第1の部分(302)が、キャリアの表側に突き出るように、かつ繊維の第2の部分(506)が、キャリアの裏側に位置するように人工芝繊維(501)をキャリア(308)に組み込むステップ(104)と、
前記流体ポリウレタン塊を前記キャリアの前記裏側に付加するステップ(106)であって、それによって前記ポリウレタン塊が、前記繊維の少なくとも前記第2の部分を取り込むステップと、
前記キャリアの前記裏側の前記流体ポリウレタン塊を硬化させるステップ(108)と
を含む、人工芝(600)の製造方法。 - ポリブタジエンジオールが、第1のポリオール及びイソシアナートの組み合わせの0.5〜10重量%の量、より優先的には前記組み合わせの1.0〜9.0重量%の量、最も優先的には前記組み合わせの4.0〜8.0重量%の量を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリブタジエンジオールが、1000〜6000g/molの範囲内の、より優先的には1.500〜4.500g/molの範囲内の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ポリブタジエンジオールが、水を含んだポリブタジエンジオールである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 第1のポリオールが、ポリブタジエンジオールを含まず、前記第1のポリオールが優先的に、ポリカルボナートポリオール、ポリカプロラクトンポリオール、プロピレンオキシドベースのポリオール、ポリプロピレンポリオール、ポリスルフィドポリオール、ポリエーテルグリコール又は1つ以上の前記ポリオールの混合物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 第1のポリオールが、ポリエステルポリオールをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第1及び/若しくは第2のポリオールを含み、かつ/又はイソシアナートを含む混合物に湿潤剤を添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 湿潤剤が、第1及び第2のポリオール並びにイソシアナートの組み合わせの0.01重量%〜1.0重量%の量、より優先的には前記組み合わせの0.8重量%〜1.2重量%の量、最も優先的には前記組み合わせの0.05〜0.15重量%の量を有する界面活性剤である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2のポリオールを含み、かつ/又はイソシアナートを含む混合物に油を添加するステップであって、前記油が、前記ポリオール及び前記イソシアナートの組み合わせの0.5%重量〜4重量%、より優先的には0.7重量%〜1.2重量%の量で添加されるステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 油がペール油である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 流体ポリウレタン塊が、1000g/lを超える密度を有する、優先的には1100g/l〜1500g/lの範囲内の、より優先的には1200g/l〜1400g/lの範囲内の密度を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 人工芝繊維をキャリアに組み込むステップが、前記人工芝繊維を前記キャリアにタフトするステップ、又は前記人工芝繊維を前記キャリアに織り込むステップを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 人工芝繊維が疎水性ポリオレフィン繊維である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 流体ポリウレタン塊を硬化させるステップが、
キャリアの裏側のポリウレタン塊を70〜140℃の温度まで加熱するステップ
を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - ポリマー混合物(400)を生成するステップと、
前記ポリマー混合物をモノフィラメント(412)に押し出すステップと、
前記モノフィラメントを急冷するステップと、
前記モノフィラメントを再加熱するステップと、
前記モノフィラメントを人工芝繊維に成形するために、前記再加熱されたモノフィラメントを伸張するステップと
を含む、ポリマー繊維を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 生成されたポリマー混合物が、モノフィラメントの内部及び表面のポリマーを結晶化するための核剤をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 人工芝繊維が、モノフィラメントの束である、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項記載の方法に従って製造された人工芝(600)。
- ポリウレタンが、第1及び第2のポリオールとイソシアナートとの反応生成物であり、
前記第1のポリオールが、分子あたり少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル基を有するポリエーテルポリオール及び/又はポリエステルポリオールであり、前記第2のポリオールがポリブタジエンジオールであり、
前記イソシアナートが、イソシアナートモノマー、イソシアナートポリマー若しくはイソシアナートプレポリマー又はそれらの混合物を含み、前記イソシアナートモノマー、前記イソシアナートポリマー及び前記イソシアナートプレポリマーが、分子あたり2個以上のイソシアナート基を有するポリウレタンバッキング(210’)と、
キャリア(308)と、
繊維の第1の部分(302)が、前記キャリアの表側に突き出るように、かつ繊維の第2の部分(506)が、前記キャリアの裏側に位置するように前記キャリアに組み込まれ、前記繊維の少なくとも前記第2の部分が前記ポリウレタンバッキング(210’)に組み込まれた人工芝繊維(501)と
を含む人工芝(600)。
