ここで、x、y、z、dは、VOC除去用ゲッター組成物中のゼオライト種の質量%であり、
・ xは0から80であり、
・ yは0から90であり、
・ zは0から60であり、
・ dは4から25であり、
・ x+y+z+dは100である。
Claims (17)
- ゼオライト物質組み合わせを備える揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物を含む密封内部空間を備えるLEDシステムであって、前記ゼオライト物質組み合わせの一成分がMFI(モルデナイトフレームワークインバーテッド)とフォージャサイト13Xとモルデナイトとのうち一種以上から選択され、前記ゼオライト物質組み合わせがLTA(リンデタイプA)ゼオライトを含み、前記LTAゼオライトが4質量%から25質量%の量で含まれていることを特徴とするLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物中の複数種のゼオライトの量が式
(MFI)x+(フォージャサイト13X)y+(モルデナイト)z+(LTA)d
によって与えられ、
x、y、z、dが前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物中のゼオライト種の質量%であり、
xが0から80であり、
yが0から90であり、
zが0から60であり、
dが4から25であり、
x+y+z+dが100である、請求項1に記載のLEDシステム。 - 単位自由内部空間当たりの前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物の量が0.04mg/cm3から0.60mg/cm3、好ましくは0.06mg/cm3から0.40mg/cm3である、請求項1又は2に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物のゼオライトが、700m2/gよりも大きな表面積と、4オングストローム以上の細孔寸法とを有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物がシラノール類及び/又はシロキサン類を除去する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物に加えて、揮発性有機化合物酸化化合物が前記密封内部空間内に存在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物酸化化合物が、MgO2、MgxZnyO2(x+yの和=1)、CaO2、ZnO2、Li2O2、Na2CO3:1.5H2O2、NaBO3:nH2O、KMnO4、及びCa(MnO4)2のうち一種以上から選択された酸素放出組成物である、請求項6に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物酸化化合物が、CuO、ZnO、MgO、Li2O、TiO2、MnO2、及びPdOのうち一種以上から選択され且つ揮発性有機化合物と直接反応する酸化物であるか又は該酸化物を含む、請求項6又は7に記載のLEDシステム。
- 単位自由内部空間当たりの前記揮発性有機化合物酸化化合物の量が0.05mg/cm3から2.0mg/cm3、好ましくは0.15mg/cm3から1.50mg/cm3である、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
- 単位自由内部空間当たり0.03mg/cm3から1.5mg/cm3の量のCaOが更に存在する、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物が、200μm未満、好ましくは100μm未満の平均粒子サイズを有する粉末である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物に加えて、水素放出組成物が前記密封内部空間内に存在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記水素放出組成物が、LiH、NaH、MgH2、CaH2、LiAlH4、LiBH4、NaAlH4、TiH2、ZrH4、YH2、ZrCr(2−x)MnxH2(xは0から2)、LaNi(5−y)AlyH(6+z)、LaNi(5−y)SnyH(6+z)(yは0から0.25、zは0から0.5)、及びこれらの準化学量論的化合物から選択されている、請求項12に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記水素放出組成物の量が単位自由内部空間当たり0.05mg/cm3から1.0mg/cm3である、請求項12又は13に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物が粉末であり、
前記粉末が金属容器内に圧縮され、該金属容器が20質量%から80質量%の量の保持無機助剤を任意選択的に含み、該保持無機助剤が好ましくはCu合金、Sn合金、カオリナイト粘土、及びモンモリロナイト粘土のうち一種以上から選択され、又は、
前記粉末が独立型ピル又はタブレットに圧縮され、該独立型ピル又はタブレットが20質量%から80質量%の量の保持無機助剤を任意選択的に含み、該保持無機助剤が好ましくはCu合金、Sn合金、カオリナイト粘土、及びモンモリロナイト粘土のうち一種以上から選択され、又は、
前記粉末が無機マトリクスによって保持され、前記無機マトリクスの量が50質量%よりも高く、好ましくは60質量%から90質量%であり、前記無機マトリクスが好ましくはCu合金、Sn合金、カオリナイト粘土、及びモンモリロナイト粘土のうち一種以上から選択され、又は、
前記粉末がガス透過性ポリマーエンベロープ内に含まれ、前記ガス透過性ポリマーエンベロープが好ましくは高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、及びポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)のうち一種以上で作製され、又は、
前記粉末が有機マトリクス中に分散し、該有機マトリクスが好ましくはポリエステルエポキシ樹脂、エポキシアクリル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、シロキサンマトリクス、シリコーングリース、ポリイミド、ポリアミド樹脂、及びシリコーン系樹脂から選択されている、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。 - 前記揮発性有機化合物除去用ゲッター組成物が、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の揮発性有機化合物酸化化合物、又は請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の水素放出組成物と混合されている、請求項15に記載のLEDシステム。
- 発光デバイス又は光駆動デバイスである請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のLEDシステム。
