Claims (15)
- 第1の波長の光を放つ光源と、
前記第1の波長の光を受け、受けた光の少なくとも一部を第2の波長の光に変換する波長変換材料を有する波長変換部材と、
少なくとも前記波長変換部材を有し、制御された雰囲気を有する封止キャビティを形成するために、前記波長変換部材を少なくとも部分的に囲む封止構造と、
前記封止キャビティ内に配置されたゲッタ材料と、を有し、
前記ゲッタ材料は、水の存在下で機能し、及び/又は、反応生成物として水を作り出す、発光装置。 - 前記ゲッタ材料は、前記封止キャビティ内の制御された雰囲気から酸素を取り除く、請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 前記ゲッタ材料は、被酸化性金属、少なくとも1つのプロトン性溶媒加水分解性ハロゲン化合物、及び/又は、プロトン性溶媒加水分解性ハロゲン化合物の付加物、を含む粒子を有する、請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 前記プロトン性溶媒加水分解性ハロゲン化合物、及び/又は、プロトン性溶媒加水分解性ハロゲン化合物の付加物は、被酸化性金属を有する粒子の上に置かれる、請求項3記載の発光装置。
- 前記ハロゲン化合物は、塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)、四塩化チタン(TiCl4)、四塩化スズ(SnCl4)、塩化チオニル(SOCl2)、四塩化ケイ素(SiCl4)、塩化ホスホリル(POCl3)、n−ブチル塩化スズ、塩化アルミニウム(AlCl3)、臭化アルミニウム(AlBr3)、塩化鉄(III)、塩化鉄(II)、臭化鉄(II)、三塩化アンチモン(SbCl3)、五塩化アンチモン(SbCl5)、及び、ハロゲン化酸化アルミニウム(aluminium halide oxide)を含むグループから選択される、請求項3記載の発光装置。
- 前記ゲッタ材料は、被酸化性金属及び電解物を有する、請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 前記電解物は、塩化ナトリウムを有する、請求項6記載の発光装置。
- 前記ゲッタ材料は、非電解酸性化成分を更に有する、請求項6記載の発光装置。
- 前記被酸化性金属は、鉄である、請求項3又は6に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ゲッタ材料は、水含有化学物質を更に有する、請求項3又は6に記載の発光装置。
- 前記封止構造は、前記キャビティを封止するシールを有し、前記シールは、酸素に対して非密封性且つ透過性を持つ、請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材及び前記光源は、互いに離れて置かれる、請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換材料は、有機波長変換化合物を有する、請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 前記光源は、少なくとも1つのLEDを有する、請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのLEDは、無機LEDである、請求項14記載の発光装置。
